Let me start by saying that NOVA hair does not work. Don’t be scammed. Their 30 days money back guarantee is a joke. They charge you for a handling fee, and that does not include the shipping fee that you will have to pay. By the time they subtract everything you’ll get less than half back. I can tell you for sure theses products does not work. Don’t waste your money and learn the hard way. Shopnovahair.com does not stand behind their products for sure.

It’s horrible as soon as I applied it started burning in my face and the color it gets your hand blacknas well its not natural its a sacm no refund no support no one responds

I’ve use the product PROVOKE HAIR COLOUR REMOVER try it list 3 times and I am very disappointed, smells disgusting for several days, hair becomes very dry after use it .
And plus not doing nothing not even bright one shade so still the same dark !!!
I hope this product will banned in the market it is unacceptable and very unsuitable.

Received the wrong product, thanks to all those that left a review, after reading most of them I'm putting this straight in the bin!!!!.

Bought online and did patch test but broke out in a rash. I had purchased 3 of the bottles and only opened 1. I contacted them because they said it was 30 day money back but what they don't say is that opened bottles don't qualify for refunds. I suggested I return just the other 2 unopened ones and they haven't given a definitive response to that. I keep getting an AI response and not a real person. And a month later still no resolution. A total scam. They don't use real names or any name when replying. And the product is made in China and I will most likely submit an unopened bottle for independent lab testing as I now doubt it has real or safe ingredients. Beware and don't buy!!

I ordered a bottle, added a second one at check out. Only one arrived. It burned my head beyond relief. Beard turned purple. My face was swollen like I've been beat by Mike Tyson. Avoid this. Terrible chemicals, bad reputation. Stay away! AVOID!!

I ordered 1 bottle, 39.99, and upon checking out I was offered a 2nd bottle for 19.99. I thought that it was a decent deal so I added it to my order. Unfortunately, I only received one bottle, then I noticed a message that informed me that the 2nd bottle would be arriving separate. So, I waited and waited and waited. Mind you, the order was placed in April 2025. Today is June 16, 2025. I am now a statistic of their gr--dy practices. Too bad, because I was planning on making this my go-to hair color. Never again can they have my $$.

Never received product, when I queried via PayPal was advised had been delivered.
I request proof and was sent photo of my letterbox, so obviously product was left on top of letterbox and probably stolen.
No attempt was made to deliver to villa.
Company said they considered it delivered, no refund.
Just hope delivery company was sacked.
This has made me very wary of ordering online

I purchased the black. Wear double gloves as it stains hands and skin. The gloves in the box are essentially garbage due to their size and quality. The shower caps barely opens so another item I tossed. The black is a deep black. Coverage is pretty good but after a few weeks there are colour variations in my hair. This also stained my white shower. All in all I rate this as fair but nothing better than any other 10 minute hair colour in the store.

Bought 3 bottles of Dark Brown Hair Dye Shampoo on April 6 and the color was rather orange red and wasn't happy. Reached out to Novahair in May, the refund process was expired after 30 days? Now the ad posted 90days money guarantee? I used the shampoo once a month, used twice and it made my hair harsh.

I bought dark brown colour and It dyed my hair a red-orange color. The color in the mirror was fine, looked rather natural—not very black…but in direct sunlight it's red-orange. I looked ridiculous; is this natural looking result for a man????
my colleague asked me if I dyed my hair when we were outside in the sun—something that has never happened to me before. I felt so embarrassed. Definitely not buying it again and not recommending it to anyone.

I purchased this product from instagram. I used it once, took my naturally salt and pepper hair and turned it orange auburn brown. Gross, I closed the bottle and wrote for a refund. After several attempts and dealing with an indian call Center they said they don’t have return labels and that I’d have to pay to have it returned. Bought a purple shampoo with idea of just keeping color vibrant between hair dresser appointments where had a beautiful dyed purple. Applied for 2mins only and it stripped my color out of my hair and left me with no color and a burning scalp to match. Run the opposite way.

Nova Hair dye was not effective in my hair. Maybe it might work on other clients but not on my hair.

Was using this for a few months, iv never experienced hair loss like it, literally falling out in clumps every wash, didn’t realise what it was until I put two and two together, suffering from extreme thinning now, I do not recommend using this.

I've tried it now for several weeks and it only covers maybe 50% of my grey hair, and I have to do it weekly - sometimes bi-weekly.
I would not recommend this product to my friends and family, and will not purchase again.
