I ordered on the official website, paid. And I didn't receive any confirmation, email or order number, nothing. Support doesn't respond. This is a scam.

This is the second bottle I purchased. I loved the first one although it did stain my sink but some soft scrub bleach cleanser did get it off eventually. The second bottle did nothing at all. All that pumped out was a clear thick jelly with no scent at all. The first one had a creamy side and an amber liquid side that mixed together giving me the desired results which is why I purchased again. The second bottle was nothing more than regular shampoo. I left it in for a half hour because I did not see any color change. I thought maybe perhaps they changed formulation. I even took the bottle apart to see if both barrels were pumping and it appears that the same jelly is in both sides. I understand that mistakes can be made at factory but really a 50% chance that you will get a good one is pretty low odds for me to spend my money on this again. I paid 19.00 plus 5.99 shipping so much more expensive than a normal bottle of shampoo this size. I purchased this on one of the social media platforms, Tik Tok or Instagram. There is no way to contact the company No email or number, so all I can do is warn other consumers not to buy this brand.

I am on the second box and the first box and the second box you have to shake it and pump forever I mean forever to get the dark color come out only the clear color comes out, so it is very aggravating. Frustrating to say the least because you can’t get the dark color to come out to mix with the clear, even distribution to cover your gray I’m glad that I bought it on sale. It would not be worth the full price it in between hair coloring due to the pump uneven distribution I will not buy it again. 🙄

I'm on here too as I thought I was getting the original and went to their main website novahairdye.com. I had no idea I was shopping from America then delivery took over 2 weeks. When it finally came I got the wrong colour. I emailed them which says they are available 24 hours but 2 days in and no response yet. My order went through shopnova... I hope I'm not scammed!

Typical china scam. The first box was as described and worked fine for the most part. So we ordered a second box. It was full of chemicals and harsh. I complained and demanded a refund. I was careful to look at the ingredients on Amazon. I ordered to boxs with the exact same ingredients. When the product arrived, it was light brown not dark. "in" the box (not outside the box so it could be seen) it listed 6 more additives the was very harsh on the hair. I returned both boxes to Amazon for a refund. I take offense when they hide where the product is manufactured and is shipped from. Never buy from china!

Horrible product!! It burned my scalp. I did the patch test which went well. But as soon as i applied, it burned so bad I jumped in the shower and removed

The brand states no amonnia but whatever is in it, gave me the hives in my scalp and wherever it dropped on my skin - neck, face and spots on my elbows. I used gloves and the ear covering. I requested a refund as I ordered two bottles. I wanted half on one and full on the other and willing to return. They only gave me 50% on both. I can't use it at all. There is no full return policy - don't buy it.

I did the patch test, no negative reaction. I used the black and letting it sit on the hair for 15 minutes. Super bad experience. If you are allergic to any hair dye - don't buy it. Stick with Ms. Clairol temp colors. The only ones that will not cause a reaction.

Bought this shampoo for main aim of my roots......what an absolute disappointment! Did not cover one ounce of anything.....don't waste your money!!

Avoid this product!
It's ruined my hair completely. It's chemicals have burnt my hair so much that It's burnt, brittle and falling out. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I used this product for the first time last night as per the instructions in the box and it DID NOT WORK. I purchased from the "Shopnovahair" website as they claimed the other sites were scams.

I have contacted them for a full refund and am yet to hear back about getting my money back.

THIS PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK AND DID NOT COLOR MY GREY.

The product really worked, my face was swollen afterwards either as a bad reaction or I left the product in for too long, like 20 minutes but all of my grays were totally gone from beard and head. I will use it again but ill make sure I watch the time next time.

This company is a scam waste of money with hair fall and rashes do not buy it does not work and is a scam the company needs to be shut downs asap
Scam scam scam don't waste your money!

I ordered the dye shampoo because it says it has a return/ refund policy. Once I received the shampoo and it didn’t work, I contacted the company immediately 2day after receiving it and asked for a refund. They offered me a discount on my next purchase. I said no, I want a full refund. They responded with a higher discount off the next purchase. I said no, I want a refund or give me a supervisor’s number. They responded again saying my shipping cost would be too high to return the product so they will offer me 10% refund and 30% off the next purchase.

This is unacceptable and I wish I could rate them 0 stars

NOT NATURAL. I sustained a horrible reaction. My face became swollen, red and itchy and patches of skin burned. This is a very dangerous

Just used this yesterday. To those who posted a review with low score, yes, it says to test it first to make sure you have no allergies, also, i bought the light brown, yes my hair turned out a reddish but not in a bad way. I used this product on already dyed hair (don't know if that matters) and i have natural red tint so of course the red will come out. This dyed the greys almost instant. There were no directions so i had to research and it left my hair dry AF but used my own conditioner after. I love it, it's great and 4 stars for no directions and dryness. Also, yes, it came from China, yes it took a little bit, they have to have international clearance first.

My hair turned red.
I used the light brown color. Don't make the same mistake as me and buy this product. It's a scam.

I contacted customer support, and their answer was a joke: "This can sometimes happen if the solutions didn’t mix thoroughly or if the desired amount was not applied evenly. The red tint should gradually fade over time, but I understand that this is frustrating. Once the red fades, you may want to apply your desired hair color again, ensuring both solutions are mixed thoroughly before application."

So they recommended I buy another product to fix what they destroyed.

It doesn't work total scam did nothing ordered directly from them and it did nothing tried 3 times and nothing waste of money
