Customer service product was never delivered further more when I tried to contact customer service was sent a photo of the product being delivered to the wrong house, sent a reply with a Pic of my house and a amzon delivery to show that they had delivered to the wrong address only to be sent a reply again saying no it was delivered so either they using a automated system or the person just doesn't care, I actually wish I had done some more research on this product don't let the Facebook and Instagram adds fool you this company is very shady

Horrible swelling reaction to my skin. Medical staff had to be issued to stop extreme pain bleeding and skin irritation

I purchased one bottle of the dark brown dye shampoo. I did not find any specific application instructions in the box and, when I searched online, there were many conflicting instructions... Anyway, initially the product seemed to work well and I liked the gray coverage. However, i was not happy with how dry my hair felt after rinsing my hair. My roots turned orange and were back to gray within a few days . Also, the product did not last even a month. The ad states the bottle will last up to 6 months..... I only applied the product twice in a one month period and the bottle was empty, my roots were back to gray , and I had paid over $40. I was very disappointed that none of the claims about the product in the ad were true . It was just another big scam . I bought the product from the actual website too, just to be certain I was getting " the real thing ". The ingredients listed on the bottle are ALL chemicals. There is nothing natural about this product. Save your money and your hair.... do not be fooled and do not buy this product!

My mum just gave me a ‘natural hair-dye’ to cover my grey. Said it had great reviews and herbal. I’m so annoyed I didn’t don’t do the research myself - I have come out with an allergic reaction all over my face, ears and neck. My breathing is laboured. Why is Amazon selling this product? AVOID!

Stay away from this product! Saw all the reviews online and went for it as it claimed to use natural ingredients! Big lie! Should have looked at trust pilot as well! am actually upset with myself because I should have read the back of the box before putting this stuff on my face. I did the test on the inside of my arm and it was fine so I applied it on my beard…It dyed my beard but burnt my face and cause it to swell! I am absolutely disgusted that trading standards are allowing this to go on claiming to be natural ingredients only. Probably why they only advertise on social media! Please please stay away from it!

I’m actually back too warm people so far away from this product not only did it burn my head and face it seeped into bloodstream burnt my throat and my stomach I had to go to private hospital my first day of holidays absolutely disgusting they can sell this stay away

I just used nova on my hair it didn't work I'm disappointed I have greys around my faceline not any difference after 15 minutes

Wat een slecht product . Geen duidelijke beschrijving erbij. Klantenservice aangeschreven om te vragen hoe je het nu precies moet gebruiken want het filmpje op internet en papieren beschrijving bij het product komen niet overeen . Heb het daarom 2 x in de week gebruikt en het pakt niet overal . Brand op je hoofdhuid en €40,- armer . Kapper was dus voordeliger geweest

SCAM !!! This product is a scam !!!

The product claims it contains only natural ingredients but its contents on the bottle shows that it has P-Phenelene Diamine (PPD) which causes allergies and also other acids which are NOT NATURAL as per what it claims in its ads!!

It is Scam. I ordered 2bottles of NovaHair Shampoo in the official site of NovaHair (novahairdye.com) on 1.Oct.2024. Recieved the order confirmation and the delivery information. The delivery tracking has stopped since 6.Oct. at a international airport of China. Contacted NovaHair, they said, that the order No. of mine does not exist.
My credit card had been withdrawn. I have written my experience with Nova on the advertisement Instagram of Nova, since that time I do not recieve any advertisement of Nova anymore. Stay away.

I just got out of shower & run to my phone to write a review. I am so happy & satisfied with this product. At first I was not sure if I should buy it since I have tried so many different dye shampoos & none of them worked but when I saw the add where they said we should buy it straight from their website & since it had 30 days refund policy I decided to give it try.
I can swear this dye shampoo works better than many brand dyes I have tried . It’s amazing, covered all my grays in less than 10 minutes & it is so easy to apply. I absolutely Love it. Thank you Novahair

I ended op in hospital, my head got swollen and red. It's scam !!

Big warning! This product is extremely harmful to your skin. I’m now swollen and I cannot recognize my self in the mirror I just applied almost noting on some patches of my beard. And half of my face is red, rashes, extremely swollen. When to the doctor and for antibiotics and histamine pills.

This is day 3, I hope this hell end soon. And that someone shut down this fraudulent company. Be careful!

Full of chemicals and not the natural herb or mushrooms they advertise, specifically PPD’s which cause horrific burns and allergies. Don’t buy in FB or IG, it’s an unregulated market place , companies pay so you don’t have to, but you’re the bait ?
It’s made in China and shipped off to “shops” worldwide including Amazon despite what various websites say. It’s the same stuff from the same source.

Do not order this product they are big scammers even wont let you return the item.

I purchased the light brown to cover my gray crown area and around the front. Looking for a color that would blend with the rest of my hair. (Blonde, gray, brown mix). It colored my hair purple. At 63 years old, purple was not what I had in mind. I sure hope it washes out sooner than later. After using conditioner, the texture of the hair feels fine. My hair does not feel like there were any harsh chemicals in it. Choose your color choice wisely. I thought I did.

They claimed to be safe and natural, I used it and lost so much hair clearly it’s full of harmful chemicals and not safe for your hair at all. I will not recommend and definitely not buying this product.

This company is an absolute scam.

The shampoo burns your scalp and stains your skin yellow.

When you ask for a refund, they make you pay you pay shipping.

Not sure whats it in it, but it is toxic to skin.
