Nova hair is one big false advertising and scam. I don't usually write reviews, but I am so disappointed by this false advertising that my 9 year son thought I should let people know so that they don't waste their money like I did. It doesn't work and is full of chemicals.

You are led to believe this is a genuine herbal hair dye shampoo with no artificial chemicals that may cause allergy.
Used it after the instructed allergy test which went well, however when applied to hair as directed ended up with a swollen and red face, swollen ears and itchiness ..had to get an anti allergy steroid after a vist to my doctor.

Used the product in June 24, (LIGHT BROWN), didn' cover all my gray hair well enough. This morning, 9-16-2024, I had my wife do m hair again. Was darker than before. I'm going to buy DARK BROWN, to get where I want to be.
This crap about burning, chemical burns appears to be AI generated. I've spoken people that used product and like it without any of this that BS.

Bought this product believing it to be natural ingredients. To my horror it didn't cover my greys just burnt my hairline burnt my ears. The next day my face had swollen up as well as my ears. My fault for believing there was still honest people out there.
DO NOT PURCHASE. Be Safe.

Total fraud. It heats up in hair like it takes fire, leaves skin with itches and it does NOT cover gray hair. They do not list the ingredients! I think it is super toxic.

My package Got ‘lost’ and i never received it.
Its Been over a month now and they keep saying its on its Way and wont give me a refund.

Ashley from their customer services keeps saying it’s on its Way. But from the track/trace it’s lost. And the local courier confirmed this!

Do not buy and use. Ingredients highly toxix...my autoimmune system was impacted. I had fatigue, muscle weakness, headaches,lightheaded and anemic. Prior 3 mos I received steller physical and complete Blood panel...prestine. Shortly after using product developed health issues. Only change was using this product!!
Became weak, fatigued, headaches and top of haurline developed allergic reaction, loss of muscle tone in body ..dont use product. I'm submitting to FTC to have it investigated 💥💥💥

SCAM FROM CHINA! This product on a friends box has more ingredients than they advertise. Unbelievable toxicity! 🙄 5 ingredients they advertise to make it look supposedly "natural", the rest are ALL Chemicals. Unbelievable toxicity! How dare they deceive!

Supposed to get your money back....if your not statisfied...no where to reach.so that doesn t work.....product colors fast.. 5 min..but alsof the skin.. hard to get off

I bought the light brown Nova Hair dye shampoo from Ebay and was quite sceptical. However I shampooed it in and my totally grey/white hair was coloured a gentle honey brown after 5 mins. I wouldn't leave it on any longer. Not sure how long it will last, but there is enough for several months I'm sure.

Absolutely do not shop at this store I received the item it cost me £32 arrived leaking all over box box damaged also , after 3 days of contacting these pe I got an email from Azhar Monsoori
But signed off as Ashley Moore to be fair they said they would send a new package out that will arrive in good condition but I have requested my money back so had no reply for hours 🙇‍♀️waiting patiently for a reply
They also say the prod is from America it looks like it’s from China

I got this product for £10 and used twice and run out! It didnt cover my grays, i got the same effect on a pound worth dye hair at poundlant! Wont buy again!

An absolute garbage product avoid at any cost if you care about your health. The Company is not legit and their website is not secured. My credit card got hacked few days after purchasing on their website and I had to block it. Also they claim the product is American but it was shipped from China. Got a strong skin rash after 5 minutes of doing the test. Also when I emailed the company I received an email from a person with a name of Azhar Mansoori and it was signed below as Ashely Moore ( one more reason for me to realise that I got scamed. My guess Is that this is a toxic product made in a small underground workshop In China that costs less than 1 dollars and shipped as a safe premium product which is not at all. Please save your money and do not fall in this trap. I will report this website

I bought directly from TryNovohair as directed by their IG campaign. They claim to be a US based company that is very ethical and their Product uses ONLY NATURAL ingredients, so would be suitable for anyone who may have had a reaction to a beard dye previously.

This is all nonsense.

The Product is shipped from China and contains MUTIPLE CHEMICALS which can cause serious allergic reactions, such as the one I experienced, from just applying a patch test behind my ear.

I don't suffer from any allergies, however my ear blew up to twice its size and has been leaking fluid for 3 days now. The rash has gone down my face and onto my neck and is also at the top of my chest.

I can't honestly recall, feeling so poorly and unable to recognize myself in the mirror due to the bloat and edema.

My Doctor tells me that I am fortunate that I didn't apply this to my entire head because it could have led to a life threatening Anaphylactic shock.

I've spoken to the company via email and a very pleasant woman keeps replying saying that they have issued a refund and escalated my concerns.

Unfortunately, the management in the company appear to have no morals or ethics and insist that a refund is adequate compensation for days of itch, bloat, pain and being placed on strong steroids and antibiotics to combat the infection.

They failed to get in contact with me, to ask me what happened, so they could examine methods of future prevention, or even ask me for the batch number received; both of which I volunteered.

I urge anyone not to buy this Product or any other from this company. They are unethical and are only interested in profit, at any cost. Ignoring this advice could prove fatal. I'm very serious about that statement, which is supported by my Doctor

People need to research before they buy anything from Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. I've been scammed twice. I now research everything.
Facebook, Instagram and TikTok need to do something about these scammers. X (Twitter) cares about people and puts community notes to tell you that these so-called companies are scammers and bans them. All other SM sites don't care that people are getting ripped off.
