Amazing Service from Rachel and the best quality we have found for skirting and architraves!

I requested some samples before placing a fairly substantial order only to be repeatedly fobbed off about orders being sent and not arriving over a period of 3 weeks.Needless to say I had very little faith in my order ever arriving so decided not to go ahead.The staff are very pleasant when speaking on the phone however it doesn't count for anything if you can't organise a delivery of a sample after 3 or 4 attempts. I was tempted to use other similar company s online, however when looking a little further into it they all seemed to share very similar telephone numbers and be based in the same area of the midlands. Eventually opted for the safe option of a local builders merchant.

Excellent customer service, very quick delivery not like many other companies which could only offer standard delivery in weeks time. Very helpful and responsive staff. Would order again and definitely recommend.

Website states 3 to 6 days for delivery.
After I ordered and paid I was given a delivery date of 7 days. The order left the factory on the specified delivery date.
After almost 2 weeks the order had not arrived.
To be fair the company were responsive to emails but the courier service they use for Cumbria was well below par.
When I paid 18 pounds for delivery I would have expected a prompt service.

I've ordered from Skirting Online a few times as have members of my family (on my recommendation!). Great personal customer service with quick responses. The products are great quality and delivered well packaged. Any issues have been quickly and efficiently resolved (Rachel is great!).

We ordered 120mm skirting and 70mm architrave. The quality is very good and it is packaged very well to prevent damage in transit. Delivered very quickly. Overall very happy

Absolutely fantastic service start to finish, I spoke to Rachel 3 ro 4 times, each time tweeking my order and she had no problem re doing a quote, delivery was very considering the amount of timber I had ordered, it all arrived with no damage, i choose primed, and it's one of the best primed finishes I've seen in over 15 years of being a painter and decorator.
I'd highly recommend this company.

I am tiling the walls of my bathroom and wanted to replace the architrave to accommodate the thickness of the finished tiles. I couldn't have made a better choice by contacting this company. They accurately matched the profile from a sample of the old architrave and supplied a complete primed door set which is simply perfect. As I live fairly local, I opted to collect my order and upon arrival received a very warm welcome from friendly staff who clearly share a passion for what they do so well.

We have been renovating a house for several months, had three deliveries from the company, and I've got to say they are incredible. we initially went to another company (to get a few samples, first time so who knows what you get on line), and they were worse than useless.. Skirting online however are amazing, you place your order, you get an email confirmation straight away regarding order received and payment accepted.. and then an email from Michaela telling you about delivery dates and times. Brilliant customer service, their own delivery guy (Dean) is great. you'd be crazy to go anywhere else (based on my experience with the company).

I ordered 5 samples online and paid for the delivery of them. Waited a full week for them not to show up. I then rang up to query this, for the company to apologise and re send them. Waited another week and still nothing turns up. Now it's put me two weeks behind in my project. Thankfully it was just a couple of samples and not all the skirting I require. Wouldn't bother with them again.

The 100% money back guarantee is aload of rubbish i spent a lot of money on some architrave and wanted to return them as they diddnt match up with existing ones so i could order new ones which it clearly says i can and get a full refund if i do it within 7 days when i tried to do this the lady made up a load of rubbish about she has nowere to store them so id only get a few quid back. false advertising i will never use this company again.

skirting was as described and arrived with no damage and in good time on a Saturday. Only criticism was the delivery charges where very expensive.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! Ordering was straightforward, confirmation email sent the next day to let me know my order was being prepared and advising delivery date. Oder arrived two days early, and one piece was lightly damaged. I emailed and had a missed call within 10 mins. Followed up by an email telling me a replacement would be sent. As I had a carpenter booked to fit I asked if it would be with me in 3 days, I was assured Joe would do all he could and a replacement arrived in time. Product was good, excellent value for money, and the gold award for such outstanding customer service.

Don't bother wasting your money on a stamp to send these people a sample. They don't bother to reply to you even after chasing them up. Not even worth one star.
