About a half of the skirting boards…arrived damaged
About a half of the skirting boards arrived broken. Very very disappointing. I did not unpacked architraves to see. Scared to check.

Hi Tomasz,
We are sorry to hear that your products did not arrive in the condition that they were sent out in.
Although we run quality control and protect our products with cardboard corners and wrap, damages can still rarely occur during transport with our couriers.
In circumstances such as this we advise our customers not to use the products and to call us to arrange for replacements to be made and sent out on an express delivery.
As discussed on the phone last week we strongly recommended checking the architraves and letting us know if there is any damage to the lengths. If there are damages, we can arrange for those to be remade for you.
Kind regards,
Skirting UK

Not impressed with advertising "free samples" and then being charged £9.50 for postage. This actually cost less than £4.00 and the packing was simply a box made of folded cardboard (so not much in the way of packing costs there then) !
I have decided not to use this company.

Would highly recommend skirtinguk. We recently placed an order, and delivery was quick and on time. The drivers attitude was second to none. He carried a lot of goods into our house by himself, left them neatly to one side and all arrived undamaged. Thanks so much skirtinguk

Excellent service as it was on time and correct.
Excellent service as it was on time and received in good condition with adequate protection.I did have some concerns over the delivery because of the length ( 4.2 metres ) but these were soon dispelled at the time of the delivery.
Many thanks and have already recommended your company to other trade companies.

Not what it looked like on the website
The delivered product is not close to the profile sold in the website - less detailed, less smooth, and without the crucial hook shape needed at the top of a picture rail. I would like to post two images so you can see the difference but cannot work out how to post them here. Ask for a sample before buying or you may be disappointed like me.
