My brother has ALS and cannot "pinch" to pull credit cards out of his wallet. This will make his life easier!

I reached out many months ago regarding a Trigger LITE, and Abbey responded promptly then. I didn't follow-up until recently, and again had Abbey promptly respond as if there was no lapse in correspondence. Now I have my new trigger LITE on the way!

Terrible customer service after waiting forever for my order and then after having to pay more money because the original one I ordered was no longer available and finally got my order, it’s DEFINITELY not worth the money! Save yourself some money and find something way better and way cheaper!

Skyborne was unable to ship to my address after accepting payment. I was forced to select a shipping location (a family home), over 1000km away. I now need to drive there to pick it up. Luckily I was planning to make the journey, otherwise I would have needed to cancel the order. I was told there is no USPS delivery to my area, but there is. I receive USPS packages through handoff with Canada Post regularly.

When I placed an order on the website, the delivery time was entered as a few days. A month has passed and I am still waiting for the shipment. And it was supposed to be a birthday present. The birthday was April 1st...

This Trigger Wallet was worth every penny. It's thin and very good quality. I ordered the Trigger for my husband and he loves it. I would recommend it.

The product is great but the delivery promise of 3 days is not. The product took 2 weeks to arrive and I couldn’t speak to anyone from the company within the interim. Communications came in once the product was already on hand.
They did, however, get in touch with me and found a way to "make it up" to me.
Because of their approach, I am willing to purchase their product again.

Ms Abbey has been very supportive, professional, prompt in returning my emails. She was very attentive and courteous and concerned about the reason to not keep the wallet. I can’t thank her enough. She is a good employee.

Ordered a SmartPack PLUS+ for my daughter and she absolutely loved it. Their customer service rep Abbey was incredibly helpful. Delivery time was within 2 days as well, overall a great experience.

Of course rather a 0. I ordered a product (trigger+ wallet) and they blamed UPS for not delivering it.Ok fine, but they still never made right. I never was able to talk to a human. Two months later, I finally called my credit card company and told them what happened and a dispute was started. Then they contacted me and said they would make it right if I canceled the dispute. They said they are a small company and the dispute really hurts thier company. So I said I'll give another chance. Never never never made it right. It was all bs and now I've received my money back from my CREDIT CARD company again. They strong me along by the way. You have to search different review platforms to see similar situations. I was so disappointed and wanted my husband to have a nice wallet. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! Next I'm going to the BBB. I have all the evidence needed.
