I ordered a backpack for my son's birthday present on August 13. I was promised date after date for shipping the backpack. I was told that the delay was due to waiting for the instruction manual to arrive. Then it was a delay from the manufacture. Finally at the end of September, I did a charge back from my credit card. I did get all of my money back. I then received a rather mean spirited note from the company asking me to revoke my charge back. I am not sure if this company is legit, but I would not deal with them.

This is an awful company I ordered the iPhone 12 pro phone case and clip on Wallet they sent me an email to confirm the size that I ordered I verified the size that I ordered with the email then they still sent me the wrong size case made me pay $20 to return the case that they made the mistake on Then after I returned it they sent me an email telling me they no longer made that size case now I can’t get a refund for my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM!!!

They pretended to help me out and then stopped responding for the past 2 weeks after I sent my back pack in to be repaired. I dont understand why a company would do this don't trust these people.
