Do not buy!!
The company admitted that there was a flaw with the noise machine part of the mask — the white noise sounds pause after about 15min, and it is really quite distressing as someone who is sensitive to noise. They said they checked with the manufacturer and this was a known issue. I requested a full refund, but they are requesting I send the product back on my own dime. I don’t want to waste an additional $11 on this product to return it. They said they needed it to “donate” it, but as it’s quite a personal item, I’m unsure if that is the case. Overall really disappointed with the quality and the customer service. I really don’t recommend this company. I bought a cheaper one and it ended up being so much better than this.

Just to clarify, the brief pause you noticed in the white noise isn’t a fault, but the way the built-in audio memory works when the sound loops. Some people don’t notice it at all, but we completely understand it can be distracting if you’re sensitive to changes in sound.
We’re always happy to accept returns and issue a full refund once the item is sent back. Most returns are donated – we donate them to RizeUp, a domestic violence charity that helps set up safe homes for families in need (you can read about them here: https://www.rizeup.com.au/).

Absolute quality for the money
I bought 3 different brands of the sleep mask in the same week and this was by far the absolute best. As soon as I saw the packaging I knew I was in for a treat. Everything is Absolute quality including the box that it comes in not that that’s important. But just saying! I bought some from another company in UK that was pretending to be in Australia and the quality is terrible and so their support and delivery time I got almost instant support from this company, very quick delivery - 3 days to Brisbane and most importantly the sleep mark is extremely comfortable. No Velcro sticking in the back of the head and mine came with inbuilt sounds such as white noise which I love. Thanks so much. My son is happy with the cheaper brand mask so that’s a win too I guess!

Great quality bonnet
Double-sided silk bonnet feels really luxurious and reduce hair loss when I'm wearing it in bed. Only issue is the head band which tends to make the bonnet slipping out of place, maybe I haven't been wearing it properly.

I love these. Super comfortable and the sound is great. I got a headache at the start, worked out I was wearing them too tight on my head. Loosed them, moved the speakers to suit (great feature) and now they are amazing. Highly recommend. Game changer.

The sleep mask is truly marvelous
The sleep mask is truly marvelous. It is super comfortable and the gentle “white noise” seems to smooth all those thoughts that circle in my head. If there is a complaint, it’s that the instruction sheet is printed VERY small with pale ink.

I bought a much cheaper version of this product and loved it and wanted to upgrade. Absolutely awful. Bulky, hard to use, there are plenty of other brands - buy one is my advice
