Sleep Dreams exists for the quiet space between day and night. We’re an Australian-based sleep-wellness brand, curating thoughtful essentials for anyone who wants their evenings to feel calmer, cooler and more intentional. Not quick fixes. Not gimmicks. Just well-designed tools that help the night soften. Our most loved pieces include our Deluxe Sleep Headphones, Silkett silk hair bonnets and cooling migraine caps — each created to support a different part of the wind-down ritual. From settling sound and darkness, to protecting hair overnight, to easing the heaviness of headache and tension. We believe sleep is deeply personal. That’s why our products are designed to be mixed, matched and layered into a routine that works for how you actually rest — whether you’re a side sleeper, a light sleeper, a migraine sufferer or simply someone craving a quieter night. As we grow, we continue to listen closely, refine what works and develop new pieces alongside our community. If there’s something missing from your evenings, we’d love to hear about it. Because tonight still matters. Sleep Dreams is an independent brand and is not affiliated with DreamsSleep or any similarly named businesses. Very good product
The material is great and feels nice around my head. It’s large Velcro band at the back allows for easy tailoring of how to comfortably fit your head shape without limitations. Very good black out coverage over the eyes. I love the option of music they have and with the deluxe version where you can go from the default music/sounds to Bluetooth, I really enjoy that as I do listen to instrumental music as I fall asleep after a long day at work. I would definitely recommend to my nursing friends and anyone who needs to have a good night sleep.

Stick on patches, wishful thinking
I have trouble falling asleep but unfortunately the patches didn’t work for me. They smell nice, instructions for applying were confusing. For people who have serious falling asleep issues, I couldn’t recommend - nice idea

The SleepSoftly deluxe bluetooth headphones have made such a positive impact on my sleep. I use them along with a sleep and meditation app and I am asleep within minutes. They are comfortable to sleep in and the mask if great for blocking out light. Most importantly, I no longer hear my husband snoring!

Hi David,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re really sorry to hear that your express order took longer than expected to arrive. We completely understand how disappointing it is when something you’ve paid extra for doesn’t meet expectations.
While we always ship promptly on our end, once parcels are with Australia Post there can sometimes be delays in transit that are unfortunately outside of our control. That said, we know it doesn’t change the fact that you were left waiting longer than you should have, and we truly appreciate your patience.
Your feedback is valuable and helps us continue to review the couriers and services we use, so we can do better moving forward. We hope you’re enjoying your order now that it’s with you, and we’d love the chance to make your next experience a smoother one.
Not comfortable on my face
Not comfortable on my face. I am a side sleeper and this doesn’t work for me. It moves the whole face mask as it’s bulky. Very uncomfortable. I really wanted to like this :(

Sleep Dream sleep mask
I have used my sleep mask every night since I received it and it has been fantastic.
The quality of the material is superior to other brands I have used. It is breathable but still a good thickness with padding that makes the speakers undetectable - im a side sleeper, so this was important to me.
They speakers are also movable and can be taken out to wash.
Hannah the owner, even reached out to me to check i had received everything which was a nice unexpected personal touch.
Shipping was FAST and the packaging of high quality.

Hi Margo!

Sweet Dreams Are Made of This
The shipping was quick considering I live in the US. The product itself is soft and breathable. Much better to side sleep with these compared to in the ear headphones. My only criticism is that the back straps together are a bit bulky when laying down. That's probably because I have a smaller head and need it tighter. Also, not sure how to turn them off as it is not clear in the instructions given. Takes some getting used to sleeping with something around your head and eyes. Other than that I am pleased with the sound and overall quality thus far.

Hi Jenna!
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're really pleased to hear you're enjoying the sound quality and comfort, and it’s lovely to know the personal touch stood out to you.
Appreciate the feedback on the strap and instructions – I’ll share that with our team. Just a quick tip: They’ll also switch off automatically after 3 minutes if there’s no Bluetooth connection.
Thanks again for your support!
Sleep mask and silk bonnet
Purchased the sleep mask and silk bonnet. Shopping and payment was easy. Shipping was confirmed and sent quickly. Unfortunately, the silk bonnet wasn't shipped with the mask. Despite this hiccup, it was easy to reach out to customer support. They replied promptly and a new bonnet was shipped out immediately without any issues. I love both products.

Product ineffective
The product "Anti Snoring Mouth Guard For Sleeping - Custom Fit" is unfortunately poorly designed, as the screws fail to grip properly, preventing the lower jaw from being moved forward. As a result, it does not fulfill its primary function. While the moulding seems well-done, the overall design flaw renders it ineffective.
