Failed on first use
Bought it for my husband and it failed the first night he used it. The adjustment screws stripped and fell out. It seems to be a weak point in the device where the screws go in. He said the design is good, just not strong enough

The delivery partner never actually attempted to deliver the item (I have a nest doorbell, it records when people come to my door. They also dropped the item off to a pharmacy the entire way across the city that I was unable to get to before it closes given my work schedule. Very disappointing.

Good quality. Difficult to get used to using.
The product is good quality and the postage was quick.
I found the device uncomfortable to use the first time mostly causing cramps in the jaw joint.
After 2 weeks I have not attempted to use again. Although I will in the future I will try again.

Great sound from the 4mmm speakers, can't feel them when lying on my side.

Sizing & service
When the mask arrived, I found the adjustable sizing complicated, and had thought it would be oversized and impossible to fit.
However, thank you to wonderful customer service directions via email, I was able to fit and secure the mask & position the audio in the best spot. Thank you!

My product arrived efficiently but connection has been very difficult (impossible actually)
My product arrived efficiently, so no issue at all with that, however connecting it has been very difficult. Bluetooth consistently drops out, so unable to get any sounds at all. Very disappointed, as I haven't even been able to use the product.

I had a problem with the packaging…
I had a problem with the packaging during the post and I emailed sweet dreams straight away within 10 minutes they called me and said we will send you a new headband in the post now, it’s just so good to see there are still companies out there that offer fantastic service, well done
