Unfortunately I wasn’t able to use either of the products I ordered.
One was too small, the other - too big.
Roughly $100 wasted.
The sleep mask/headset was supposed to come with preloaded white noise and it appears that they sent the standard one (the white noise option was marked down so I selected that rather than the regular and still received the regular).
Secondly, it doesn’t matter how I adjust the Velcro, the mask is so big that the speakers do not align with my ears.
The snoorz product slipped right out of my nose.
I can see from the label that it is made in China and is hence probably designed for smaller nostrils.
I have a nasal dilator and my nostrils and nose are ‘medium’.
I am a little disappointed.
The items did arrive in a timely manner though, so thank you for that but I won’t be purchasing from this store again.
Edit : Lucy did contact me and explained that an email had been sent with additional instructions on how to use the sleep mask.
Unfortunately it arrived in my junk mail box so I only had the instructions in the box to rely on at the time.
I have managed to adjust the speakers so they better align with my ears.

I can't live without this!
I will admit, the first night I used this mask I had a rough night sleep. But I was determined to to get used to it. The next night was easier, the night after was absolute success. For example - we had a monster of a storm last night... Didn't know a thing about it until I was told the next morning. Lol! If you need to block out external noise completely, like daytime noise if you're a night shifter, snoring, barking dogs etc... Use some ear plugs with this mask playing the white noise. You'll never look back.

Very good product
Very good product! Perfect for back or side sleeping, very comfortable to wear,soft on the face and not too hot. The zip opening makes it so much easier to charge and take out the speaker for cleaning, it's fantastic. I would definitely get this again.

Sleep masks are good but if you have a giant head, could be too small
Sleep masks are great, is very relaxing and good as I move around and snore, my wife does not and I usually wake her up moving around, not with the sleep masks which is great.
Not super large, due to me having a gigantic head it only just fits, but still better than no sounds.

It's not what was expected, doesn't come with pre loaded songs and can feel the speakers dig into my ears when I sleep on my side, also the Velcro strap at the back of the head is uncomfortable to lay on when on my back. Not worth what I paid
