Like a lot of things on "the internet" i was very sceptical.
However, the relief was instant and I have been sleeping well without any shoulder pain.
Not sure how it actually works, as im sleeping in my sore shoulder and waking up with a fully functional shoulder.

I ordered the butterfly pillow from Sleepsake because I was having pain with my ear, arm and shoulder (osteo arthritis) and hoped that this pillow might help, but after trying it several times, I found it too hard. I contacted Sleepsake who very kindly, straight away, refunded my money and were very understanding. I would totally recommend them.

Although the product wasn’t quite right for me due to prior shoulder and neck issues, I would still highly recommend this product. It’s great quality and the customer service is amazing, the team is prompt with responses and so kind. I will definitely be trying to use this product again and would still recommend to try it out.

This company really honours its guarantee. I was having problems getting comfortable with my pillow and I was promptly sent a video showing the proper sleep position to use. Since it didn't work out for me, a refund was issued the very next day. In this era of scams it's refreshing to get great customer service from a company you can trust.

Awesome company to deal with, even though the pillow did not work for me, nothing wrong with it, its a very well made pillow, just was not for me but they where great to deal with and the refund was very easy so if anyone is on doubt rest assured there is no risk.

I bought the butterfly pillow (not cheap!) and tried it for upwards of a week before finally giving up on it - just not for me. I then wrote Sleepsake customer service to inquire about a refund and they were super responsive and true to their word, offering some extra tips about their product and a very quick refund when I advised I had tried everything. Would 100% recommend this company!

After years of struggling with pillows l was pleasantly surprised after only one night how this pillow helped me. The moment l put my head down it felt right. I woke with no aching neck or painful shoulder. Sleepsake were efficient and informative during the ordering process and after purchase as well. I couldn't be happier. I look forward going to bed now.

I purchased two pillows for my husband and myself. After trialling for 3 weeks, the pillow didn't suit and he was finding it uncomfortable and not relieving the pain in his neck and shoulders. I contacted Sleepsake to let them know I needed to return his pillow, no questions asked and they honoured the 100-night free trial and gave me a full refund.
I love my pillow and it helps release the tension in my neck and shoulders, every night. No complaints from me.

My experience with Sleepsake was made positive because of the wonderful customer support. After seeing so many great reviews about how the butterfly pillow helped alleviate people’s pain and symptoms, I thought I’d give it a go hoping it would also assist with mine. Unfortunately I had the opposite experience. I found it quite comfortable but after the first night was already experiencing arthritic pain. I was having daily tension headaches and eventually my chronic pain was triggered into a flare and I realised the pillow was the most likely cause. I gave it 18 nights before contacting support to ask to return both the pillow and pillow case pair but Ali surprisingly refunded me straight away and told me I could keep it, pass it on to someone else or dispose of it. It was actually a relief as I was having too much pain to leave the house at the time. I wish I had a similar experience to others but I am just really appreciative of the understanding and kindness I received.
I would suggest if you also have a significant health issue to perhaps discuss using this pillow with your health team first. Every body is different and sometimes these things don’t work for everyone.

Fantastic pillow and really does what it claims. Totally eliminated my neck and shoulder pain which equates to a better night's sleep. Even my wife can't believe how good it is. The shape of the pillow may look like it came out of a Sci-Fi movie, but it really works.

Delivered in a very quick time, with plenty of comms before, during and after. Pillow was amazing for side sleeping but unfortunately didn't work for me when I rolled onto my back. Customer service was extremely helpful in trying to help support my troubles and offered numerous things to try to eleviate my discomfort. In the end we decided that it didn't quite work for me and they offered a full refund as promised. Super pleased with how they handled my concerns, very professional, polite and supportive. Although the pillow was not for me after desperately trying for a few weeks I had to admit it wasn’t working. I reached out to customer support and Sherry was incredible. It’s service like that alone that I’ll recommend them to everyone for. Amazing.

I ordered the sleepsake pillow to help me with awkward night feeding. Although it didn't end up working out for me, the customer service were very understanding and efficient and processed a refund for me very swiftly. The purchasing process was also very smooth with regular updates on dispatching. The pillow itself is great, very comfortable, ergonomic and uniquely designed. Definitely worth the price point. As with any pillow, the level of comfort is so dependent on each individual though, so the 100 day guarantee is a very thoughtful gesture for a small business to include. In my case, the fact that your head has to be centred in the pillow made it difficult for me as I move a lot at night based on my childrens' sleeping position and it is difficult to stay centred on the pillow.
