The process is easy to do and photos look great but the delivery is incredibly slow. Still waiting on one of the pictures to arrive. Today is 12 June. Ordered on 29 May.

Lack of assistance.
Immediately.... After placing an order I asked to change an image which had been inadvertently uploaded to the system. I did this by emailing the team who advised it was not possible.had I done this an hour or even 30 mins after I could understand, in light of this refusal to amend and order and no indication of times on website to rectify. I feel smartphoto could have done more to support. I will be looking elsewhere for future business projects.
