not worth the money
very small fo the pricw.i chose a nice purple for the writing but it was so faded and small it was unreadble.not worth the money.lovely idea.could be great if executed correctly.was meant to be a christmas present but looks cheap and poor quality so wont be giving it

Online portal was easy to use and the bookmark looks great.
Packaging was just a carboard envelope though, so the bookmark arrived a bit bent. I was able to correct it but maybe introduce some improved packaging for fragile items.
