Shocked how fast I got the shoes
Shocked how fast I got the shoes. Everything went smooth as silk, A+. I was searching for a pair of Hoff sneakers exactly like my favorite ones I bought on a trip to Spain that are now worn out. Honestly I was skeptical before I purchased, but couldn't find them anywhere else, so I went for it. Very pleased - they were delivered super fast and are exactly what I had searched for, and pristine. Recommend.

Poor Communication and Service Post Sale
I placed an order for luggage as the product I wanted the manufacturer does not ship directly the US. I waited two weeks before reaching out as no shipment confirmation was received. Five days after my outreach I was informed my order was on hold due to suspicion of fraud. I was NEVER notified of any potential order concern nor was my card issuer AX.
I requested cancellation due to non-shipment, which Sneakin' refused due to the suspicion of fraud. So no order being shipped and no cancellation was to be processed.
I initiated a dispute w/ AX and received a full refund w/n 15 minutes of uploading the supporting documents: Order Confirmation and Confirmation from company of refusing to ship/cancel the order.
I would never recommend this site for any order. The communication is essentially non-existent.

please please avoid if you want to receive your order. they accept orders without having items in stock
I have ordered an item from them. I subsequently saw the bad reviews here and was concerned to see so many people saying that shipping takes ridiculously long, and items don’t arrive and orders are allowed without items being in stock. So I queried this. They assured me they would ship before their shipping deadline which was way after the order date (this is just to ship not even deliver) - I’ve never come across such a long expected period between order and shipping. Subsequently that deadline has come and gone and I have stopped receiving responses from their customer service. I am very concerned they have just taken my money with no intention to resolve this issue or send me my purchased product.
