My gas boiler developed a drip of water from inside said boiler. The engineer came out very quickly and diagnosed the problem. A new part was quickly sourced and the engineer Eamon returned next day to carry out the repair. The customer service was excellent . I am very happy with the said service.

Had a problem with my boiler a few days before my service. After a quick call to Solv they sent an engineer out and rolled my service and boiler fix into the one appointment to save time which was great. The customer service on the phone was second to none and the engineer that arrive was friendly and very knowledgable. The issue was quickly addressed and the service completed efficiently. The engineer also took the time to explain an issue with the flu and how we could quickly get this addressed by Solv. Will definitely be booking with Solv again for all my boiler needs!

From the first phone call through to billing, the team showed professionalism. Arrived on time. Told us what the costs would be and explained why the boiler wasn't working. The engineer even noted that I might have a small issue with my roof lining. He didn't need to point it out as it had nothing to do with the repair of my boiler. I had a previous bad experience with another big service company based in Belfast and was quite apprehensive when calling Solv but they couldn't have been better. The engineer even came back because he remembered he'd not taken the old broken part of the boiler away, and apologized! You can teach people many things but you can't teach people to give a sh!t. First time I have used them and I'm definitely going to be returning in the future. Top job. Oh, and priced well with no pressure to pay there and then.
