The engineer arrived right on time and nothing was too much trouble, including an immediate trip through rush hour traffic to the supplier to get the required part. The part was installed and working in a short space of time.

Engineer called on the afternoon we phoned. Engineer phoned before calling and got us up and running.

The engineers were polite and professional. The booking process was fast and simple. The boiler was serviced by Solv in mid September with a clean bill of health. The next day the boiler started to make deep loud rumbling sounds but continued to work. A further two visits by Solv engineers costing a total of over £140 did not resolve the issue. The boiler now only works intermittently and is due to be looked at shortly by an Ideal engineer.

Efficient - quick to respond, easy to book, and thorough in their processes. Have used different services all with good workmanship, reliable and friendly employees. Slightly on the high side on the additional hourly rates, However they stand by their work and give you peace of mind.

Booking the service was very straightforward. This aspect gets 10/10.
I was contacted on the morning of the service to confirm the booking and also that engineer was en route. This aspect was great.
Engineer arrived on time. Again 10/10. He was friendly.
There was only one aspect. It was a bit unnerving but of no lasting significance. I am not detailing this but if the company wishes to enquire I am happy to relate.
