No pressure sales walk in the place you don't get pounced on the second you walk in and hounded to buy a motorhome.
With an ever changing stock theres always something new to look at there so if the motorhome you want is not there keep an eye on their website or just ask the staff to keep an eye out for what you are after.
Purchasing what you want is a breeze the sales staff are excellent at what they do and make the purchase smooth & simple for you.
Collection day (love it) you are welcomed at the pick up centre to collect your motorhome in a freshly valeted motorhome and nothing is a rush everything explained and honestly nothing is any trouble.
The above is a completely true and honest review backed up by the simple fact we are driving around in our second motorhome that we purchased from the Sommerset Motorhome Centre since 2016 and honestly if we even ever considered purchasing another one we would not hesitate in coming back to buy a third.
With an outstanding after sales service that really is second to none if you are considering purchasing a motorhome without the horror stories you read on the internet,

Somerset Motorhomes were a pleasure to deal with every step of the way.
We'd had a T4 for 13 years and wanted to upgrade, to something more comfortable and spacious.
We'd looked at many different layouts, engine size and make and knew what we wanted.
We actually bought the Elddis Evolution 135 having only seen the photos online as it was at the Malvern show!
They are a trustworthy company.
A comprehensive handover, despite owning a van.
We were booked on to a nearby site for the night, for a trial run, close by if there were anymore questions to be asked.
Off on our travels soon to give it a good test.
Many more adventures to come.

It was a pleasure to deal with this company, helpful sales staff, office staff brilliant, did everything for us. We've bought two motorhomes off them, and would definitely deal with them again, even after sales were brilliant. Can't fault them.

Collected our new Campervan from SWMH this morning; have to say they were superb; they were that good that I am taking time to write this review. With such a large purchase value as a Motorhome / Campervan we wanted to ensure that we fully trusted the dealer that we were going to buy from and that we bought the right van for us that fell within our budget. We have taken over 5 years comparing vans and dealers; debating the numerous variables and options offered by the myriad of Motorhome manufacturers. Have to say that Dan (sales) and Geoff (workshop) were superb to deal with. As first time buyers we were fairly clueless about the various options & the layouts etc; these guys explained everything and were always on hand to offer helpful advice. We never felt pressurised, they were always polite, extremely professional and personable. Lovely people to deal with; highly recommend.

Having got my second Motorhome from this company I had a slight problem with the tires, but I cannot fault them in the way they dealt with the issue. I bought my NuVenture Motorhome from Somerset Trade Campers in May this year. I checked reviews before I went as it was quite a way to travel. Put a holding deposit on the van. Great customer service, purchase went smoothly. Had the van thoroughly checked over on my return and everything was A1. I love my van and was very pleased with my purchase and service I got. Would recommend

We bought our second campervan from Somerset Motorhome Centre earlier this year. Excellent service all round. We recently had cause to take the van into their workshops for a few minor niggles, all under warranty. The service we received was outstanding. As well as sorting the problems, the van had a valet and full bumper & trim dressing. Absolutely above & beyond.
Over the 3 or so years we've used them I can't find any fault whatsoever.
First class service, 10/10. We wouldn't go anywhere else if we ever change or upgrade in the future.

Second time of buying a Motorhome from this company the last being 13years ago. The service and customer experience was great then and even better this time thanks to all the team, highly recommend.

We made the decision to sell our beautiful motorhome. On visiting the Newbury Show this year we found Zac at the Somerset Motorhome Centre stand, he met us with a friendly professional greeting and after answering our questions we decided to sell our van.
Zac made an offer which was acceptable to us and he arranged for collection from our home and a very smooth transaction took place.

We recently bought a motorhome from this company and the level of customer service we have received is absolutely the best.
We received an unprompted phone call to ask if we were happy with our motorhome. When we told them we were delighted, but there were a few things we had noticed they booked an appointment for us to take the vehicle in. We listed about 6 items for attention and they remediated all of them under warranty on the day, this included completely rewiring the tow bar electrics that were found to be faulty.
All their staff are friendly and helpful and their technicians are competent and thorough.

Brilliant service, we sold our campervan to Somerset Motorhomes. Sent the enquiry via their website one afternoon, got a call back the same day and sent them photos. They priced it over the phone that day. The price they quoted was exactly what I was looking for, I didn't disclose to them what I was asking.

They arrived the following day to collect the van at 10am, quick check over and they're taking care of all of the paper work. They were on the road by 10:20.

Brilliant service, as long as you're up front and honest about the condition of your van the process is seamless No haggling or knocking down on price etc.

We recently had our motorhome up for sale privately, but were getting cheesed off with people not turning up, being tyre kickers or not doing their home work before viewing. We had the thought to call Somerset Motorhome Centre and spoke to Josh, who arranged for a very fair price to buy our motorhome. We spoke to him at 5pm yesterday and the motorhome was collected at 10am today, money safely tucked away in our bank account. Truly excellent service from a friendly and helpful team. Thank you....wish we'd come to you in the first place!

If you are looking for a motorhome, either to buy new or part exchange then look no further than Somerset Motorhomes.
My recently completed part exchange was handled professionally, but with compassion and that includes the sales and aftersales departments.
In particular I must highlight the aftersales.
For the first time ever, a company that genuinely puts the new owner top of the list.
We had a few problems, either sorted by post, or by visiting the superb Service Centre. It took 4 visits to cure a persistant skylight leak, a loan of a courtesy car during several of them.
Nicky the coordinator deserves a special mention, as does Paul and his technicians.
What a pleasant experience this px has been. Many motorhome dealers are known for their cold shoulders once the deal is done but not Somerset Motorhomes.

Very friendly salesman Josh. No pressure sales. Got a fair price for our previous motorhome in part exchange. Josh replied quickly to the many Whatsapp messages I sent him!! Handover was very smooth too. So very pleasant experience all round!
