I’ve had a very positive experience…
I’ve had a very positive experience throughout the process of purchasing my very first home solo from the first initial viewings through to completion. Piers Garnham was incredibly helpful and accommodating to my many inquiries and requests to view the flat. He was very responsive, prompt and professional. I had a few concerns which SOResi were quick to address.

Great Sales Consultant
Malcolm was a fantastic sales consultant for SoResi’s EdCity development. He was friendly and knowledgable about the development, shared ownership process, and the logistics. He graciously showed us every available flat in our budget and was extremely patient. This was our first time applying and viewing a shared ownership property and we could not have asked for a better sales consultant. Whilst my husband and I decided not to continue with our application as the area did not meet our needs, we would happily work with Malcolm again to purchase a shared ownership property if a development met our requirements.

As I have many years experience in shared ownership accommodations, I would highly recommend So Resi because it is the best housing association so far. The service they provide is exceptional. I honestly can't thank Jacqui Corrigan and the team at So Resi enough. Buying a home can feel really overwhelming, but Jacqui has made the whole shared ownership process so much easier. Shared Ownership Flat
I have gone through the process of viewing, reserving and buying a Shared Ownership Flat with Ayse and Temel - both super helpful. I have mostly been in contact with Temel and I can say he is very knowledgeable, he was able to answer any doubt we had during the process and he also was very open and flexible with his type of work. He was very receptive on our needs and he managed to process a big amount of information in a very short period of time without compromising on clarity and quality.

The process of purchasing my flat through So Resi has actually been wonderful, and a real breath of fresh air. There have been the usual delays along the way, but the one thing that stood out to me is the ability for myself (the buyer) to communicate with the other side, something I think should be normalised in the purchasing market.
The wonderful Heidi Bainborough has been in charge of my file and has been beyond helpful, understanding and efficient in helping the process move along, she has had to deal with endless emails and calls from myself and has done the most amazing job in keeping me updated, answering my questions and troubleshooting any problems.

It was a very good experience with SO Resi, from beginning to end. It all started with Renee, who was amazing and helped me a lot. She was the first to contact me and the sale wouldn’t happen without her and Heidi. Huw was very helpful and kind.
Heidi was there for me to get through the difficult final stages.
The team are friendly, professional and dedicated. I would recommend working with them.
For me the process of getting on with shared ownership was long, time consuming, and at times frustrating, due to all legal procedures and regulations. Heidi and Renee did what they could to make it easier and more understandable, and I thank them for that.
