Spoke with a chap called Kevin Needham- he was excellent, I had four separate business accounts I needed to set up, all different entities, all different information and addresses. He was really helpful. Spoke to me about all the different billing dates how to pay he sent me over a list of each one of information. There wasn’t anything that he didn’t provide or explain in great detail. He was really patient with me and was happy to assist even though I did take up a lot of of time going though it all. I work in customer service industry and he was 10/10* give this guy Reys you don’t wanna lose him! 😂🥳🥳

I'm treasurer for a parish and rang to discuss saving money by having water meters fitted at the two churches. Daniels, whom I spoke to was v helpful and after checking the accounts, explained that as there was a fixed fee attached to a water meter (£174.04) we would not save money by switching as our water bill was less than this. When I had rung previously, the agent didn't explain this so while I'm annoyed with the first agent, Daniels was more helpful and explained things more clearly.

We've been with SFB for years now, and whilst I find them to be trustworthy, it's been a rocky road. They took over our account from another business and for a long time our payments weren't being properly registered, but since then things have improved. Their accounts portal still isn't great as I can't see an overall balance of our account easily so improvements still need to be made. However, I give 4 starts today as the customer service was excellent and Wilbert understood the issue and was able to help resolve it.

I rang Source for Business today as there have been alot of discrepancies in the account, and the portal wasnt very helpful so we couldnt reconcile the account. I spoke to Daniels today and he was able to provide documents that I need in order to reconciled the account. He was very helpful and sorted majority of the issue.

Phoned with a bill query, the phone was answered quickly, the lady responded to my question with all the relevant information and yes it was my mistake 😒😒😒 no fault of Source for business.

I had a huge water bill come through, managed to get in the customer service queue and pressed for a call back. Took a couple of minutes, got a call from Daniel and it was so easy to sort, took a picture of the meter, emailed it why he was on the phone, he got the email and confirmed it was an error, and all sorted. That easy ! Pleasantly surprised but happy it was sorted.
