This company for months has breached its own internal procedures on complaints handling and compensation, they have breached human rights and made illegal disconnections and like to operate outside of the law and hide behind a fictitious po box address this company is to be avoided at all costs they're refusal to also do fictisous checks and fictisous billing and there ordasity to blame the water boards for there own errors.
