We do appreciate your comments regarding onboard credit and single occupancy pricing. However, these are determined by the cruise line rather than ourselves. In this case, there was no onboard spend available on either the solo occupancy fare or the equivalent double occupancy fare type.
While we understand your disappointment, we are a little disappointed to receive a 4-star rating based on factors that are unfortunately outside of our control. We always strive to secure the very best offers available from the cruise lines and to provide the highest level of service to our customers.

We are genuinely sorry that you came away feeling disappointed, as that is never the experience we want for any of our customers, particularly when the vast majority of our feedback reflects five-star service.
Having carefully reviewed your call with our office, we do feel your review does not fully reflect the circumstances.
Before taking your deposit, our consultant provided a full recap of the booking, including the details of the holiday you were reserving. The booking information was read back in full and you were specifically asked whether you had any questions before proceeding with the deposit payment, to which you confirmed that you did not.
During the call, you also asked whether a drinks package was included with your booking and we confirmed that it was not. In addition, we advised that all booking documentation would be issued within 7–10 days and that you would be able to access your booking online once the reservation had been processed.
We always strive to provide helpful, transparent and professional service and it is disappointing to learn that the interaction left you with a different impression. Whilst we respect your right to share your experience, we do not believe the review accurately reflects the content of the call.
Nonetheless, we regret that you were left feeling dissatisfied and remain committed to assisting you further should you require any additional information regarding your booking.
