Received a call from Emily who advised me that my claim is declined when quizzed her the reason why she was unpleasant and seemed to have a sarcastic tone in her voice while I understand my claim was declined there is no need for pure rudeness from her! Looking at all these good reviews for her makes me wonder if her friend or even herself done them !!!! If could it be a no star

Great news
Great news – after 3 weeks, my claim was finally authorised today and approved in full. A big thank you to Andrew W for his help and support throughout the process.
The garage has advised it'll be around another 5 days before my car is ready, but after such a long wait, it's a huge relief to know everything has been sorted. I can finally see the finish line!

Spoke to Emily today about my car needing the abs sorting she phoned the garage where it was at and sorted it to get fixed, she was so polite and I thank her for sorting so quickly I would highly recommend spectrum and there staff i am glad I took the warranty with themselves.

Experience with spectrum
I spoke to Emily today after not being able to get hold of anyone yesterday to authorise my claim. She dealt with it straight away, contacted the garage for me and got all the details needed then rang me back to let me know what the outcome one was. She was highly professional, courteous, and explained why I probably was unable to speak to anyone yesterday. I can’t thank her enough for her quality of service provided today.

Would buy again
Ultimately, rather pleased with Spectrum and their product. The advisor, Emily, was courteous and helpful throughout and despite having a very long tailback of calls did try several times to get through to me before I could manage to answer the phone. She contacted my chosen repairer, got the details for the work needed under my warranty claim and authorised it within about an hour and explained the cost breakdown and the small difference that would need paid. Well worth getting the warranty as it has saved me essentially what it cost me at the time of purchase and this is the only claim I've had to make. I would purchase another Spectrum warranty if it was offered for a future car.

Spectrum Claim Policy Simple & Easy
The process to submit a claim is easy and straightforward having email address for Andrew Ward and the Tech Team make this process a lot smoother and quick, we are able to get clear authority instruction on repairs authorised with agreed amounts and customer excess amounts if any applicable

Simply lovely
I used the company for the second time today and what a brilliant speedy service. The company and the car garage do most of the work and caitlin and Emily were both very friendly and professional.
The garage said they are the best warranty company they have ever used.

I am pleased with the service from Spectrum, although was disappointed that they could not arrange a hire car, since my car had not been in an accident but, still under warranty. Finally l did hire one through the dealer so was happy
