Service and speed of delivery

Good shoes but narrow.
These shoes were a replacement old and much loved pair. Very good but narrower than the previous ones, I went back to the website but couldn’t find a wider option so he’s “wearing them in” hoping they don’t split!

Sent the wrong order, sent two different size boots. One size 9 one size 8.
I ordered the boots as part of an outfit for a special social occasion. Having spent 120£ on them I was unable to purchase another pair from you.
Very disappointing as the boots would have been perfect.

Today I contacted sperry customer service regarding a manufacturer fault with a pair of shoes with in their warranty period.I sent them photos as requested showing the problem with the sole coming away from the shoe They were so unhelpful and did not care about the problem with the shoes after they had seen the proof. Will never bye from Sperry again and would advise to steer clear from anyone else buying from them. Very dissatisfied with their lack of customer service.

First Class company with the best boating shoes.

I noticed straight away that the wrong size shoes had been ordered, presumably the website must have refreshed itself or something so i immediately contacted them to change it but when i eventually got a reply they said it was too late as the shoes had already been shipped, so i would have to return them at my own expense!!
I did so but not only did they not refund the return postage, they even deducted the original postage from the refund!!!
I ordered another pair in the right size as i wanted them for my holiday. They did look smarter than clogs but they were very painful to walk in, causing blisters on my toes and the soles of my feet, and cuts on my heels and ankles.
