Had 3 staircases from this company and been delighted with the results. Very helpful design team. Went back multiple times to ensure we got the right fit; builders assembled and fitted with ease. Special shout out to Andy for all his help.

Placed an order and the delivery…
Placed an order and the delivery company contracted by them just dumped this outside and didn't even notify me that the order was there.
Paid £40 for express delivery and didn't get the items delivered to my address.
Customer service is appaling and will be returning the items and ordering from a decent company.

Your order was dispatched within 24 hours of being placed and, as advised at dispatch, was scheduled for delivery by DX on the following working day. The carrier emailed you in advance with the delivery date, and a delivery notification was sent once the parcel arrived at your building.
As is standard practice with most couriers, DX provides a kerbside delivery service and is unable to carry items upstairs within apartment blocks. In this case, the parcel was delivered to the main reception area of your building, not left outside as suggested in your feedback. Our customer service team contacted DX on your behalf to gather further information and explore options, however they were unable to return to site as the driver had already left the area. We were later pleased to hear that you were assisted in relocating the items safely to your flat.
We always aim to maintain a respectful and helpful dialogue with our customers and did our best to assist throughout. Had we been contacted in advance about requiring delivery directly to your flat door, we would have been happy to discuss options and potential alternative delivery arrangements, such as delivery to another address.
We can also confirm that the order was delivered within the express delivery timeframe paid for. That said, we are of course happy to accept a return within 30 days should you still wish to do so, in line with our returns policy.
We’re sorry this experience didn’t meet your expectations and thank you for sharing your feedback.

Quality timber and Customer Service
Came acroos Stairparts Direct some time back when I had to turn a dozen stair spindles. The blanks I ordered were top quality, very fast dispatch and excellent customer service. Lots of choice on the website. This Company is my first choice for stair spindles etc.

New staircase project
Starting from new with my staircase project and asking what I thought where novice questions ( which I am) I was put at ease and my questions answered correctly and very politely. Ordering on line was then easy.

Stair parts direct what a fantastic company I ordered some stair spindles Solid pine pre-primed white The quality and the finish of the spindles was absolutely perfect. I chose free delivery and they arrived within three days very fast considering I live over 100 miles away from this company. I did get a quote from a different company for the same spindles and they wanted £35 just to deliver them. I highly recommend this company if you need spare parts. Top quality parts and very reasonable priced. 👍🏻😀. A big thank you to everyone at spare parts direct keep up the good work well done and Merry Christmas to you all.👌🏻

Beautiful Oak Railings and Smooth Ordering Process
After deciding to update our hallway, I’m really pleased with my experience using Stair Parts Direct. I chose an oak handrail and base rail along with a specific spindle design, and everything was exactly as described and great quality. The ordering process was simple, delivery was free, and I was kept informed at every stage.

Easy and cost effective update
I was looking to smarten an existing staircase and decided to replace the spindles with new ones. The selection of metal spindles was excellent and so reasonably priced, delivery was timely and the carpenter was able to replace the old spindles easily. The metal spindles look really good, and fit nicely with the original joinery, giving a smarter look to a victorian staircase without losing any of the original character. Many thanks 😊
