Stairpartsdirect Avis

I made a mistake in placing my order and with excellent customer service the correction was easily amended.

Great product quality - metal spindles for bannisters, very speedy delivery and well packaged and excellent communication.

Customer services ladies i spoke to on two occasions were very professional and patient with me, i would recommend stairpartsdirect to my friends and relatives

Excellent service throughout . They have a good range of components available and it was easy to place an order.
I was worried about a long oak bannister rail getting delivered unscathed but I needn't have done. Everything was extremely well packaged and protected.
The quality was very good too. Five star service.

I ordered a section of handrail. This arrived quicker than expected. Packaging was excellent. No damage whatsoever to the handrail. Overall cost was low.
A light sanding, wood stain and varnish applied. Now in-situ at the top of our stairs to provide added assistance and safety.
I highly recommend Stairpartsdirect to anyone looking for stair related items.

Quick and efficient company to work with. I wish other companies were as easy to do business with.

I was looking for some spindles to restore our staircase and came across Stairparts Direct. I am so delighted that I found them as the prices are so competitive and they also do free delivery!!!! Amazing

Easy to use website . Good selection at good prices

I needed multiple, plain metal spindles to fill the huge gaps between our old spindles and to bring the stairs up to code.

The info on the site helped me work out what I needed and that I had to consider gaps between the shapes as well, which hadn’t occurred to me. Both orders were received promptly and spindles fitted relatively easily.

The final metal look really made a difference and the spindles were easy to cut with a standard circular blade (for metal).

Product delivered quickly.
Well packaged and I am delighted with the quality and the price which made it very affordable.

Ordering was easy and although postage payment was high, everything arrived correctly and promptly. Products were good quality.

Simple to use Web site

Website easy to navigate, had everything I needed to finish stairs.

Really good price, excellent Web site and really easy to use. Great communication.

Great. I would order again from your site

I really like dealing with companies that do "what they say on the tin". It means I know exactly what to expect. I have ordered from Stairpartsdirect on two occasions now and am really pleased. They, make no false promises, but focus on delivering a great quality service and great quality products. I will do business with them again.

Great experience from start to finish from design through endless adjustments on my part right through to making sure everything arrived. Also additional support for the joiner to make sure it all went in well.

Wish I’d come across Stairparts Direct earlier as pricing very competitive, easy to order and quick response and delivery. Only wanted an additional section to balance newel post that previous owner had cut off and got a nice surprise when I didn’t get stung on price or left with loads of wastage.

Always a straight forward process with everyone being friendly and willing to help. Stairs always go together well, delivery with no fuss. Great products and great team

Placing the order and the designing was all good and efficient. The delivery was on time which was good however there was a few things that could have been done. It was 6 weeks from order to delivery so I was expecting the handrail to have been pre assembled (just like another company I have used but it wasn't and there is nothing worse than trying to cut a continous handrail on-site.
