Ordered 2 diffent currancy's
Ordered 2 diffent currancy's. One of the currancy order's I asked for small denomination's got back all large notes of 200 each note. Makes life on holiday a bit more awkward. for that I give 3 stars. Delivery was next working day which was great.

Very good rates and money delivered promptly. Had an issue with receiving older US$ notes which are not accepted in Africa, but after a phone call, they resolved it and had a full refund within 36 hours (though I had to pay postage) . Was told I should have followed up order with an email requesting 'new' notes. Would recommend

This company should be struck off.
I have written to them on numerous occasions and still have not received my 540 euros that was contracted to be paid on 14 Nov 2025. It is now 21st Jan 2026 and they keep on saying they are waiting for a report from Royal Mail - but I have no relationship or contract with Royal Mail - only with Sterling FX - but who are sterling FX. I beleive they are scammers beware BEWARE - DO NOT USE THEM -

Sterling FX Next Day Delivery Guarantee is non-existent ….. & SFX make a ‘non existent‘ service charge!
Only positive – Sterling FX Rates are reasonable & saves searching – No use if SFX cannot deliver on time.

13-Jan-26, @ 4pm, No sign of delivery, No update from SFX.
13-Jan-25, @ about 4.20pm, chased SFX by email, SFX respond by advising delay by their 3rd party delivery agent.
13-Jan-26, @ about 4.50pm, further details requested from SFX – No further update or response from SFX.
14-Jan-26, No Sign yet of delivery yet..
14-Jan-26, Had to re-schedule for 16-Jan-26 as SFX could not keep their guaranteed delivery.
Note: SFX guaranteed order delivery by 1pm, then SFX Email confirms by 4pm, SFX Delivery service is guarantees by 1pm – SFX are uncertain of SFX delivery service.
Extremely cautious abut using SFX again – old SFX was good , now is very poor.
