This was my first time using Sterling and I’m very impressed
This was my first time using Sterling FX and I was very happy. It was the first time I’ve ordered currency online for delivery at home so I was a little nervous. The rates were demonstrably good having compared to several other sources. And the service was efficient, this being a concern first time, but the currency was delivered within the timeline suggested and requiring a signature from Royal Mail. The ECD and CND were in mint condition, the Malaysian ringgit in very reasonable condition period.The minimum order quantity is fairly high, but since I had three currencies for three trips, it was fine for me. Minor feedback would be a). The three currencies were loose in the cardboard envelope when I would’ve expected them to be separated and in some form of plastic wallet or bag. And I paid the £2.99 fee for a specified delivery time, I felt I had to do this because it wasn’t clear what the delivery time would be on the alternative service and I was ordering around a week before I departed, it would be good to have a specified presumably longer delivery time for the non-payable service period

Great rates, efficient service
I ordered a small amount of Japanese Yen for collection from their London Edgware Road branch. Their rates are very competitive, they don't seem to have a minimum exchange amount and it was ready for collection within the same day. Service at the branch was friendly and efficient.

This the 2nd time I have used Sterling Fx. Never heard of them before the first time of using till I googled Best Euro rates of the day & Sterling Fx came out on top for that day. It's the only company I have used that asks on what domination to have from large bills ie €100 straight down to the €5. Never seen a €100 euro till my order came. It will be used to pay my tourist tax. Will use Sterling Fx if the rate is excellent at the time.

Fantastic
Was quick and easy to order online and easy to collect from Egdeware Road branch. The guy there were fantastic and make sure I was happy with the machine count ( I don't really trust machines") he also asked if I wanted him to count it again. Very polite customer service person
Also the rates was much better with Stirling than all the other travel money companies I saw online
My second time dealing with Stirling with no problems whatsoever.
Check out Stirling first before ordering with other companies !
