It is the wrong part

It is the wrong part. There is a leg on the support and it is missing the bolt which supports the rack in the freezer.

Needed information if the part I was…

Needed information if the part I was needing if it was the correct part for my 561. The 561 was not listed in the description field of the part but the part number matched what I have in the parts list for my 561. I sent request to verify and received a quick response That the part I need was the correct part listed.

I found the part I needed on the Wolf…

I found the part I needed on the Wolf website but it wouldn’t let me order. Realized after several days of trying that I need to go to the Subzero site where I finally got the part needed and ordered.
Very easy then, heard back quickly and great follow through.

I was able to find the part I needed and the website was easy to navigate. The pricing maybe a little high but is well worth it if parts are in stock and delivery time is reasonable, which they were.

Wrong size and terrible return policy

After providing the model and serial number, the part provided by SubZero parts still did not fit my refrigerator. I paid over $300.00 for shipping and the gasket. Now I have to pay $28.00 to return a part that doesn't fit after buying the one this company recommended. I'm also subject to a restocking fee?! This is totally unreasonable. Go to Amazon, they have more affordable parts that actually fit your product and you can return it if there's an issue.

No email or message was received from you with the model or serial number before the order was completed. In fact, during checkout, you confirmed — via a required checkbox — that you had verified the compatibility of the part with your specific unit using the model and serial number.

As part of our Return Policy, return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply if a part is ordered incorrectly. However, when our team makes an error in recommendation, we always take full responsibility — covering shipping and waiving fees. In your case, the part purchased was not recommended by our staff.

That said, we still approved your return and provided a prepaid return label to assist with the process, which we normally don’t offer for customer-selected orders. We did this in good faith to ensure a positive resolution and to show that we value our customers.
