The booking was very straightforward…
The booking was very straightforward however some of the items we wanted to book like Ski equipment we were unable to do as I don’t think it has been released yet as we are not going until February next year but hopefully we’ll get the opportunity to do this by the end of the year

Not great booking process
Not great booking process - the price increased between stages of booking (surely this is bait-and-switch and illegal) and the transfer was expensive.
Then, once booked, they didn’t take the full deposit amount from my card (short by 1 penny), meaning the booking was nearly cancelled.
Let’s hope the holiday itself is better

It is possible that flight fee can increase during the day, when this happens during the booking steps we do show a message with this information, I do see this amount is also compensated. I will check it with our IT department with the information you gave to us.
The 0,01 GBP outstanding is unfortunately an error in our system we sometimes experience, this we can adjust manuelly for you on our booking, we can see that you have paid your deposit. The booking will not be cancelled when there is 0,01 GBP outstanding. Our apologies for this inconvience.
