Easy to book. I have used Sunweb twice before. Great that ski passes are included and that equipment can be purchased when booking. Accommodation has been as described, clean and convenient.

Sunweb make it so simple and flexible…
Sunweb make it so simple and flexible to book a ski holiday. There are some real bargains to be had and with the help of Christine, a real person on the end of the phone, I could add a person and tailor the package to suit. The prices all include the lift pass which is phenomenal too. Makes skiing affordable and accessible. Best in the business.

You offer good value, with the inclusion of the ski pass and also a good selection.
The only downside is that you are not sure if the holiday is fully booked at first, as the elements of the holiday are progressed separately, ie flight, hotel, transfer etc.
So far, I have not had any issues.

Sunweb are a tour operator, meaning we work with different companies for our holidays, such as the airlines, accommodations, and transfer companies.
When you make a flight booking with us, the flight is booked directly with the airline at the moment the booking is made.
If you choose to book optional extras to your booking, such as a transfer, that is also booked when your booking is confirmed.
You will receive travel vouchers around a week before your holiday with information for the accommodation, ski pass and added extras :eg: transfers.
You can already access your flight booking via the airlines website or app.
The booking number (PNR) for the flights is next to your name on the invoice.
You can see info for this in our FAQ's.

The downside was I wanted to pay with…
The downside was I wanted to pay with Klarna pay in 30 days, but it was declined.
I’ve no idea why as the card No that I actually paid with was the same card.
During this process it just said there was no valid account so I tried & tried again, eventually just paying with my CC, it was just to delay the payment by 30 days.
Anyway it’s done.
