A thoroughly professional experience
I went to sell some jewellery left to me by our parents at the Victoria Street branch. Aliza Bahadur was extremely professional taking the time to explain the process as this was my first time there. She valued each of the items thoroughly giving a very fair price with absolutely no pressure to accept the price. For those items that were not of interest, Alize went above and beyond advising me on my options for those items. A wonderful, professional and fair experience. If I do have more jewellery to see, I will be back.

Very Good
The customer service on call was very helpful. When I visited the store, I was treated with respect and given all the information. The lady answered my many questions very calmly. Gave me sufficient time to think it through and make the decision.

Единственный минус - то что не дали кэшем , иногда, знаете ли люди предпочитают кэш . Но деньги на счёт пришли довольно таки быстро .

Well done but...
Firstly the female staff member, who welcomed me and dealt with my items for sale, was very courteous, efficient and informative about the process. so thank you.
My two quibbles are that 1) I wrote on line regarding an appointment and sent a photo of the items I was interested in selling and was assured that I would have a reply...none came.
2) I then phoned to enquire about making an appointment the young man who answered did not mention bringing identification.
