Good service and prices offered but it is not the fastest service.
Good service and prices offered for loans and sales. There is a significant difference ifn the offers between their branches so it takes effort and time to shop around within same company. Also in the branch that I used a jewellery valuer wasn’t available on Saturday so it can take a few days to sell your items. Overall still a good service and I would use Suttons again.

Highly recommended for selling gold, platinum etc
Easy to send through information and get a quote. Clear instructions on following up for sale. Good spread of locations to get to. Good prices for selling precious metals versus other companies. Good service in person.

My experience at Suttons and Robertsons was totally satisfactory. Kerry was helpful, friendly and very professional . I was selling unwanted pieces of gold jewellery the process was completed in one day including the money arriving in my bank account on the same day.
