Excellent, friendly and professional service
We visited the Old Brompton Rd shop and the service was excellent. I have had appointments with other jewellers in the past about selling some jewellery and, even when the items were expensive, were invariably treated in a superior / patronising way and left feeling like they were trying to rip us off. . Here, the gentleman who served us (the manager?) was polite, charming, professional and we felt the offer he made was genuine and considered. We accepted it and the funds were in our account later that day. Rachel, the assistant manager, was also a delight. We would definitely recommend and would happily use them again.

I very recently sold an item with Sutton and Robertsons, and must say the process was absolutely seamless, the staff were all extremely polite and professional, and the price offered fair. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again to buy or sell.
