The service end to end was very professional and efficient
The service end to end was very efficient and professional. The initial quote received by Suttons and Robertsons was over 20% more than others that I had enquired with.
My jewellery was sent to the Victoria branch and was received on a Saturday. The Assistant Manager (Ruth) was very helpful. Even though she was not able to process my payment on the same, she was very transparent about this and prioritised it for Monday.
End to end, it was a very seamless process and I would definitely return to Suttons and Robertsons in the future for any buying/selling.

Friendly service good customer service and speedy payment.
It wasn’t easy for us to get to the shop so they organised and paid for the postage of the ring. Happy with the amount offered. I would recommend.

Offered a figure then knocked £200 off just for a polish.
Told me they would have to send them to Cartier to polish, when I know they would do it themselves!!!
