First class service and staff
First class service, excellent and friendly staff, professional and polite. I was welcomed in and dealt with promptly and efficiently by the staff today at the South Kensington office. Everything went well and payment was made same day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Bad communication
My item could not be authenticated for some reason, which is fine. I was informed my parcel would be returned to me on Friday, a label was created online at 19:00 that evening, I assumed my parcel would be sent Saturday instead, it was not and this was not communicated to me, I had to call the office on Monday morning to be told my parcel was not sent but would be sent today, my parcel was not sent until after the daily post off cut of time , despite saying I needed my parcel for the next day I was going on holiday and no one would be home, I was assured my parcel would arrived Tuesday before 1pm

False info on their website, waste of time
Advertises on their website that they buy Tiffany jewellery (which I specifically searched for) but after cleaning, photographing and submitting two necklaces I received a reply saying they are not acquiring jewellery from this brand. If this is the case then please update the website so that other people don’t waste their time

You’re absolutely right to raise this, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Tiffany & Co. is a long-established brand that has produced thousands of different jewellery designs and collections over many decades. While we do purchase Tiffany jewellery, we are not always actively acquiring every line or style within the brand, as demand and stock requirements can change.
That said, we recognise that this distinction was possibly not made clear enough on our website, which understandably led you to spend time cleaning, photographing, and submitting your necklaces. We apologise for that inconvenience. We are reviewing our website wording to better clarify how brand acceptance works, so others don’t experience the same issue.
