Great customer service
Synergy offered the best price I could find for the particular car I was looking for and the account manager, Sanj Aujla, was really helpful in advising which specs and colours were available within the timeframe I was looking for. Overall a stress free and efficient service and I would recommend Synergy to others.

First Class Customer Service
I didnt proceed to completion as the minimum term for personal contract hire was 24 month and I didnt require a hire car for that period however Sanj Aujla was so incredibly helpful, knowledgable and patient with me, I found all dealings with synergy from my first enquiry to be first class. Kudos to this company as there was no pushy sales at all which was what I expected. Customer service was impressive. Based out of Harrogate & having a dedicated account manager was a luxury that is not common today. Full refund of a find fee too. Well done Synergy. Thank you Sanj.
