This is my second Business lease with Synergy
They are great to deal with and try and answer all your questions quickly.
You also get a dedicated account manager.
The only thing to do is read the terms and conditions before you agree as it can be hard to cancel an order without penalties. This is standard i guess with most companies so should not affect the great service from them!

Brilliant experience on two occasions
We have used Synergy Car Leasing twice now, and more specifically Jordan Ford who has been fantastic. We have found them to be extremely helpful, often going above and beyond to ensure a smooth process. Communication is brilliant both in the preparation stage and follow up after car delivery and no query goes unanswered.

Alistair was very insightful and extremely diligent in his suggestions of vehicles based on our initial conversations. He answered all my questions promptly and the process ordering the vehicle was very smooth and I’m very happy with my vehicle. My 2nd time using Synergy would happily recommend to anyone.

Excellent service
Craig & his team at Synergy are always really helpful. We get a first class service at a good competitive price. The after sales care is as good as the pre sales care as well, so any queries we have following on from the delivery of our vehicles is excellent.
I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a broker to find them their new van or car.

Great service from Chris and Team at Synergy
Chris was fantastic all the way through the process in finding our second car with Synergy. Genuinely felt he tried to find the best deal for us and understood exactly what we wanted.
No hard sell or constant chasing calls like many of the other companies we had quotes with. Smooth process from start to finish.
Very personable, friendly and professional and would have no hesitation in recommending him or the company in the future.

Great Communication
From the very first contact I had with Synergy right up to getting my vehicle and beyond , their customer service has been second to none . I was new to leasing , so I was quite nervous, Synergy helped me every step of the way and were always quick to respond answering promptly and questions or concerns I had .
