Made an order for christmas, at first I was a bit scared because the website told me the order was completed, but after talking to the customer service everything went fine! I'm very glad this could made it before christmas and from what I tried from the sample, the herbal tea are very tasteful ! :)

Ive ordered 6 teas on November 30th and haven’t received my parcel ever since. At first I didn’t even receive a tracking number so when I enquired about the order status on 5th of December I was being told it’s been shipped already and I’d have to be patient. When I tracked the shipment DHL said it’s only been announced on the 5th of December. Very weird since it’s already been a week since I put in the order. The tracking hasn’t updated since then at all (15.12.2022) so I put in another enquiry about the status of my parcel on the 13th of December, where I was once again told to be patient due to the time of year. It’s been over two weeks now and I still haven’t received my parcel nor any new information regarding the parcel tracking. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I’ll order tea elsewhere from now on.

What an incredible company with even more amazing team! ❤️ By now I had pleasure to try majority of their products and since a long time I haven’t see a tea company with such high quality products. Iced powdered lattes & teas taste like heaven in those hot summer days.

I purchased a pack, paid 32 GBP, and waited for it to come in the mail. When I received the package, the mail service told me to pay 32 GBP to collect it. I asked if this was due to customs, and they said it was the company saying I hadnt paid. So I asked customer service who never got back to me. The only thing is they told me that the pckage had arrived and never helped me with the money. Sp now I have paid 32 GBP for nothing. Telling everyone this is a scam.

As somebody who has travelled the world, I have become somewhat of a tea Conosiur!! I find this tea to be of the utmost quality, what I like most is that the Company manages to keep all of its ingredients natural whilst still offering a wide range of very delicious flavours. Fantastic service and delivery too. On another note its great that the packaging is eco friendly...

What an incredible company. I ordered 2 latte powder sachets- lemon meringue (delicious) & pink flamingo (glorious) and was not disappointed. All the senses tingled and I cannot wait to order more! Everything from the delivery to the packaging was sublime. Long may you rock & prosper 🙌

Absolutely delicious! I ordered the Apple & Lavender Powder Latte and, well my goodness it was so tasty, and looked like the most comforting drink i've ever seen! It truly is a hug in a mug! i'm yet to try the other ones i have purchased yet because they only came today and i'm completely full now! :-) Lovely company, thank you!

Saw these on social media and gave them a go. Glad I chose to get not only the matcha caramel but the Dragon Chef loose tea too as the powder hasn't really done it for me. The tea was amazing (although be careful towards the end..gets a bit hot 🔥) They also sent me some sample tea bags of the other teas they do. Edit: ordered a few times now and i love the butler and can't do without rat race now. They are quick to reply on FB messenger and happy to help with any issues in their power.

I saw an ad in Instagram and the colours of the teas looked amazing. I bought La Patissiere and the Voyager powder latte drinks and it took a real long time to get to my place. The packaging is so small it fits in the mailbox, honestly was waiting for bigger sizes, should have checked that before buying. The full package contains 25g of powder. That is very little.

Whoever made their packaging, should be ashamed. It is a re-closable bag. One should peel off the top part and then the bag should be able to be opened. I had to cut it completely open with scissors since the glue/whatever hold the top closed, was glued directly to the reseal.

I tried this La Patissiere and yeah... it is not smooth so when drinking it, I can feel the powder in my throat. Not great.

Too bad since I was looking forward to these teas.

Well what can I say. I love coffee, real black espresso snob. I saw these and thought ok I'll try. Omg wow totally lovely. I can not believe how good these are.

I saw these colourful lattes advertised on Instagram, which made me want to buy them. As I was browsing on the website, I saw they had some intriguing tea flavours as well so I bought some of them.
I phoned up to get some help from customer services with linking my order to my online account and the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and friendly.
The lattes are very colourful and flavorful, I am very happy with my purchase. The tea infusions are also very tasty, I will definitely be buying more.

Im sorry to say Tea and the Gang but I agree with everyone thats said you need more powder than stated. I too have tried different milks, different ratios of milk and water and different sized cups/glasses and you do need to use loads more. When I first brought your smallest serving of the Apple and Lavender I used it up within a few days. Its way better to buy the bigger one which did last me alot longer. Theres absolutely no way a light teaspoon is enough for a mugs worth of drink. Apart from that I absolutely LOVE the Apple and Lavender hot or cold with whipped cream on top. I even made a bullet proof latte when I was doing keto. I will continue to buy but yes you need to get the amounts right because its not correct and more than one person has said this now

As a coffee addict i only discovered tea maybe 5/6 years ago. Being a perfectionist i like to find the best. While on holiday in Portugal i discovered this tea , the butler (earl grey). Drinking this tea was like a poesy going through my mind. I could taste so many different flavours. The only earl grey that does not have this bitter after taste.
Also the customer service is great. The respond pretty quickly to messages as i was trying to find where to buy the tea in Lisbon.
What a great experience.
Just ordered mine , can’t wait to try their other teas.

My order arrived very quickly. The presentation and packaging of the teas is wonderful, they would make great presents but I'm keeping my teas for myself!! I see some negative reviews of the powders but I've just used the salted caramel latte with the recommended serving size, and it was delicious.

It might not have the same texture or taste as other drinks but that's because it doesn't contain artificial flavours and thickening gums that some of us have sadly become accustomed to.

Can't wait to order more!

I purchased a variety of the smaller packs after seeing the stunning pictures on Instagram. I love tea and healthy drinks so I wanted to try these. Expensive but as it said 16 servings per packet it wasn't too bad. However when I followed the directions for how much to mix in, all I could taste was the milk. End up having to use about three heaped teaspoons for flavour and so I'll only get about 3-5 servings from each small packet which was £6. Not worth it at all and I'm very disappointed. Will never purchase from this company again.
