Amazing customer service
I messaged asking a question, expecting nothing special but I have never met a more helpful customer service person. They had such a quick response and were so passionate about their product that I decided to go with their personal recommendation. I had been given a coupon code which I messed up at the checkout and they gave me a refund straight away. So glad I came across this wee business and cannot wait to try more of their products!

Not for us I’m afraid.
We were really excited to receive these but unfortunately they didn’t quite hit the mark for us. We purchased The Sheriff, The Voyager, La Pattisiere, Hippie and Ice Scream. The colours are nice although perhaps not as bright as some of the pictures with the recommended amount of powder so more is needed to achieve this. We also didn’t do enough research to see you had to add syrups or honey to sweeten them as they are an acquired taste which wasn’t for us or our customers who trialled them, even with things added unfortunately. We tried with two different milks, different water temperatures and ice cream but still couldn’t find a recipe we were happy with so have decided not to offer them at our coffee shop. Perhaps offering small sampler boxes to purchase so businesses don’t have to commit to purchasing larger quantities of the powders would be an idea as this would have saved a fair bit of disappointment on our end and provided a better service all round.

We have lots of cafes all around the world serving our lattes with great success but we do accept they might not be to everyones taste. We are working on some better training material in order to make the perfect latte every time and we hope this can improve our overall success moving forward. Disappointing
The images on the adverts of these look stunning - and the descriptions made them sound delicious...
Turns out they're neither.
Really bland and very expensive for the amount of powder you need to get any flavour.
I'll use them up because they are drinkable but they're absolutely nothing special and I wouldn't recommend or re purchase.

Hello, we are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the lattes. We recommend following the following recipe to get the best results:
HOW TO MAKE
• Scoop 1.5 grams of powder (1 light teaspoon worth) in a standard sized mug (around 330ml). Adjust powder quantity to the size of your mug.
• If needed, sweeten with a squeeze of honey, agave/maple syrup (Or equivalent sweetener)
• Add a splash of boiling hot water and whisk, or stir until the powder is fully dissolved.
• Top up with steamed, or cold milk of your choice.
• For cold brews just add some ice.
• Enjoy!

It is always important to remember that our powders are made from natural ingredients and contain no added sugar, or hidden nasties. So it is best to sweeten to taste and you can always add a little more powder to bring out more colour and add a stronger flavour. You should not need much more than 2.5g (heaped teaspoon) to 300ml of milk though.

Just ordered the free tea a few days ago and only pay postage and omg the tea is amazing.
I got 5 free samples and ive drank 4 in two days. The packaging is so cute and the quality and flavours are amazing.
I havnt had a bad one. Really like the Xmas one, the early grey and the Caribbean cool.
Just about to place a proper order and I think i will order a mixed box as they are all lovely.
Really impressed and great for Xmas presents too.
The order came within days as well.
Absolute winner for tea fans, I’m totally part of this tea gang!
