I purchased a replacement rocking chair when the original I had for years was destroyed when a huge branch landed on it. So pleased that they still make the same model.
Ordered this for pickup at my local warehouse and was pleased to see that it was fully assembled. Staff were very helpful in loading it into my car.

I was not given any advance notice of my steamer chair delivery. I was out of the country and had to arrange for someone to meet the delivery person at my expense. It was not the fault of the driver. He thought I had agreed on the date

I was buying big pots. There was confusion over what was what. I selected two and paid for them, to pick up the next day. At pick up, one of them was a wrong item. Glad I had them open the box so I could inspect it. Everybody was nice from start to finish.

The furniture is beautiful and well made. The delivery teams were fantastic! Took great care while in elevator and squeezing into small places. Friendly. I wasn't happy with the time it took for the furniture to be delivered. Ordered at the end of May. I was told most likely to be delivered near end of June. I received them in August.

Not as described & terrible shipping
I purchased a teak side table on sale. The item is painted and that was not in the description. So I can’t see the beautiful wood, if it really is teak. The item was very marked down so not really worth the hassle of returning. Also, the boxed arrived badly crushed. The shipping fee was outrageous. And it was packed with toxic smelling styrofoam peanuts. No one should be using that for packing material these days. It’s so bad for the environment!!!
