This was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. We received excellent assistance at the (huge and beautiful) Hawthorne showroom. Our furniture arrived as promised about 5 weeks after placing the order. It is exactly what we wanted — sleek and modern, extremely sturdy and well-made. We couldn’t be happier!

Excellent customer service - I ordered 2 side tables for my office and they called later that day stating they had a delivery coming my way for the very next day and they were able to put them on the delivery truck. I appreciated the thoroughness.
