This is my second Teak dining table
This is my second Teak dining table. I got my first one probably 20 years ago and it was pretty weathered and my daughter wanted it so I gave it to her and ordered the same one for myself. Love it when they get weathered they actually look even more beautiful.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. We ordered the item and were charged right away, after over a month of no word we reached out. Called, left voicemails and emailed with no reply. We are now asking for a refund and still no reply and no item. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I looked into your order further, and I see that the carrier did not have the correct contact information, which is ultimately why there was a delay in delivery. We are very sorry for this and completely understand the inconvenience this miscommunication/delay caused, which is why we were happy to make an exception and allow the order to be cancelled for a full refund, as you requested.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. I investigated into your order more, and I can see that the carrier picked your order up later than typical after it was placed. In general, orders are shipped/picked up from our warehouse within approx. 1 week once all the items are available & in-stock. It looks like once the order was picked up, the carrier was also having trouble getting in contact with you to schedule a delivery date, which further delayed delivery.
Regardless, we apologize that it took longer than expected to receive your order. Again though, we appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback as it helps us ensure future delays do not happen.

Nice furniture
Nice furniture, delivered on time. The arm on both chairs had a little damage , it was hidden by sanding that my wife didn’t notice until I got home. It’s not a big deal but it is noticeable

Second time w/Teak Warehouse and still love them
This is the second time I've gotten my outdoor furniture from the Teak Warehouse and I recommend them without reservation. Victoria helped me pick out the perfect pieces and was great to work with. Dixie helped me with scheduling the delivery at a time that worked with my work schedule. The delivery crew (all 3 of them) were amazing - they had to trudge the pieces up to a deck (up a flight of stairs), all unassembled, and assembled everything up there. They made sure to move things exactly where I wanted them, and showed me how to use the umbrella. One of the pieces (the base of the umbrella) weighed over 250 pounds, and unfortunately, the men hit a wall which got dinged. They instantly arranged for their guy Oscar to come the next day to fix it - he did a perfect job. You can't tell anything happened.

We had a good experience with ordering
We had a good experience with ordering. and Delivery was not so smooth. 1st attempt, they did not have the manpower to unload the items from truck to patio. So they left and returned 3 weeks later. 2nd crew was very good. One of our legs got damaged during delivery. Awaiting next steps
