This is the worst florist I have ever dealt with!!! I live 3 states away from my daughter, I ordered my flowers and balloons 24 hours before I ask them to be delivered for her birthday. I specified please deliver in the AM because my daughter was leaving work early and would be gone for a few days. It was 3:30 before they got delivered and the flowers were so disappointing and I had ordered 4 balloons and they did not get delivered. I will NEVER order from this florist again and I would advise anyone not to deal with this business.

Ordered flowers for daughter over phone. Was told plenty of flowers available. On day of delivery, 4 days later, NOTHING!
I called and it took over 30 min. ,And two people later, to find out They are out of flowers. Failed to notify me so I could order from another florist. I was Told email was sent and to check spam. No notification via phone or email at all.
I was told a refund would be issued in 5 days.
Missed a special surprise on my daughter’s special day!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
They also did not offer an alternative way of getting flowers delivered that day or any other day since they messed up the order.

Ordered birthday flowers for a dear friend online. Received an email today, day of delivery, that the order could not be fulfilled due to supply chain issues. That's one thing, but when I called to ask why nobody contacted me about making a substitution for another arrangement, I was told there were NO flowers available in the entire area. This obviously is B.S. Don't bother ordering from them. What a joke.

Total Scam......No delivery at all. I spoke with a representative. He could not give me an address of the local shop. He would not confirm my request for a full refund, if delivery was not made by the date and time. He repeatedly told me they has to do an investigation.

Stay away from this scam.

They are not local, Flowers ordered were not what was delivered (finally), they did not send balloons I purchased. Did not send the "Deluxe" that I paid extra for. They charged me extra for deluxe arrangement, and sent a glass jug with uneven cut flowers, some not even in the water. PATHETIC !charged me for balloon that was never delivered.
THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS !

Not local. Free delivery. Chose flowers, entered delivery address, wrote out card, entered my info and credit card info. Review of order $18.99 service fee added. I email the company. Emailed to Sara, but Ca Carl signed the email explanation. They are charging customers their cost of doing business. Here is their response:

We hope this email finds you well. We would like to inform you that service fees apply to all delivery orders (as it goes towards the day-to-day running costs of our development and is used to cover for the cost of hazard pay for our employees, items such as buildings insurance, maintenance, repairs, etc.).

The service fee is always disclosed to our customers whether ordering online or over the phone with one of our sales representatives. On our website when placing an online order, once you enter your credit card information it takes you to a page with a summary of the order which discloses the service fee, taxes and final price that you are agreeing to pay.

Scam!!! Not a local florist. Scamming the whole country. Extra fee of $19 drives up price at the end of transaction. Flowers never delivered. Then call center said they had to investigate for 48 hours before making anything right. Never order from them!

Placed n order this morning for today’s delivery. I even had the lady check to make sure they had the plant I wanted delivered and was assured it wasn’t available along with it being delivered today. I specifically asked them if they were located IN Payson, UT and they said they were… this evening I checked with my dear friends who lost their daughter yesterday, to see if their plant had been delivered. NO. I contacted Terry’s Florist and they admitted it had not been delivered because they didn’t have the plant in stock! HORRIBLE… I’ll be watching for my refund and if it doesn’t come, I’ll be getting my credit card company involved to get it back. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS…

My mother attempted to purchase sympathy flowers for my wife, whose mother recently passed away. After ordering flowers several days ahead of time through Terrysflorist.com she was contacted on the day of delivery, mere hours before the flowers were due to be delivered, to be advised that they had no flowers available at all, due to a supplier issue. Such a scam, and such a horribly cruel one at a time when even a small gesture could have meant the world to someone who is genuinely hurting.

website reads 45% but does not state that is already off the listed prices. free freight is a joke.
They charge you a 18.99 service fee. .website misleading Not the 45% off as advertised and $18.99 "service fee" never again. Sent sympathy flowers hopefully they at least get what I over paid for. Will not ask the person the flowers were sent to as I feel that would be rude.

Ridiculous! I placed an order and they canceled it because they had no flowers or plants. What florist doesn't have flowers?? Skip this one!

TOTAL rip off. Not the 45% off as advertised and $18.99 "service fee" for employees salary and building upkeep. These things are the cost of doing business and should not be pased on to your customers. Or is the $18.99 really in lieu of the "free" delivery??? Very dissapointed....will never use again

Ordered flowers for a funeral. No flowers were delivered.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for an injured child. No flowers arrived. How nice. They certainly charged my card quickly. 😡

One star because that’s the only way to leave a review. Worth ZERO stars! The flowers were not even remotely close to the picture of what I ordered. Sent email with picture of what was ordered vs what was received. Never received a reply. Nearly $94 with delivery fee, for a bouquet with hardly any flowers and a bunch of green ferns. Total SCAM!!!

I paid a total of $173.00 to have an arrangement sent to a church in Schuylerville, NY when my best friend's husband passed away: When I placed the order via telephone, I was told that there would be a stand included. There was no stand, and the arrangement itself was wilted and sparsely arranged. I was embarrassed and ashamed to have my name on the card, as the other six arrangements were lovely, as I expected mine would be.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday for Mother's Day Sunday. Saturday at 11, they sent an email saying they couldn't fulfill the order! This left me in the lurch, trying to find flowers half a day before Mother's Day.

Do not order from Terry's Florist!!! I ordered flowers for mother's day a week prior and 3 days before they sent an email saying they cant deliver because of supply issues. However they will be refunding my money. I checked my bank account and indeed the refund was pending so I sent an email saying how disappointed I was and that they could have at least offered a different arrangement. Now the refund has disappeared! No communication from the company either!

Absolutely disappointed with Terry's Floral Shop. I ordered flowers for a funeral, and they never arrived. Not only was this mistake extremely upsetting, but when I called to address it, the owner refused to speak with me. This total lack of accountability is inexcusable. I gave them a chance to rectify the issue, but their refusal to take responsibility speaks volumes about their customer service. I can't recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and empathetic florist. Avoid this place at all costs!

Scamer -I called to place an order with Terrys Florist 4/11/24, the rep sounded like she was in India. I asked her if she was a third-party reseller, She stated NO she worked in the flower shop in Mt Home AR. I dont like to use resellers as the arrangement will be substandard. I asked to verify she was in a shop and what flowers were fresh. The representative recommended an available arrangement, and I placed the order with a guarantee it would be delivered the same day. I gave my credit info and address. 1 hr later someone from Roses Florist called me and stated they had no flowers. I told them I wanted a receipt showing my order was cancelled. I'm still waiting. I called my credit card fraud department to report the possible fraud and to reverse the charge. Beware this company is operating suspiciously.
