Easy to order, only small negative is the email for delivery had gone to my spam email and i didnt realise it was coming thar day,but exceptional delivery guy, the property rear garden is awkward to get round too, the guy realised I was on my own and offered to help carry, I said thanks but no thanks. He insisted he had a few minutes and helped anyway, absolutely brilliant help. What a star!

Unhappy with delivery
The ordering process was easy and we were very happy with how well informed we were with regards to shipment etc. But we were not particularly please with how this was delivered. We received a phonecall at 9pm to advise us that our delivery was coming midnight! And then when we asked for it to be early the next morning, the driver stated he didn't want to do this as this was his last delivery. I appreciate that but when you have young children and full time jobs you really could do without having to move a roll of AstroTurf from the front garden at 1am. Especially as I do not know where we would have stood, had this delivery been robbed from outside our house. Thankfully we have a driveway as part of our street are terraced houses with no front gardens or off road parking.

I think the tracking capability is lacking. It would not show me anything other than 'out for delivery' in the 7th day it should have been delivered. But it does not show real time tracking or time of arrival

Réponse de The Artificial Grass Company Nationwide
Hi Michael, first of all I think it’s unfair leaving a 1 star review just on the fact that the samples received were small? These samples are all pre packed and cut into small pieces with a lot of hard work and dedication, second of all if you were unhappy with the samples received, you could have requested bigger samples of the quality you where interested in and we would be more then happy to send them out for you, third point to note, if you are a landscaper the whole process you went through is incorrect anyways, you could have applied for a trade account online via this link https://theartificialgrass.co.uk/pages/trade-form
and we would have set you up on our trade system and not only THAT! we would have sent out a large trade book to yourself to show your customers, next time please don’t be quick to judge businesses like ourselves are working extremely hard to give the best customer service and we don’t need to prove anything, our reviews speak for themselves on all our platforms, hope this clears the misunderstanding, if you need further assistance get in touch and we would be more then welcome to assist, thank you.
