From start to finish
From start to finish. The company provided quality materials and also quality customer service. I have delt with the company for a couple of years now, I wouldn't use another supplier due to these covering everything and anything you may need for your project.
Massive thankyou to all the staff at the artificial company, I look forward to using your services again.

Really happy with the transition
Really happy with the transition from grass to artificial turf, and these guys made it very easy for us.
The lawn looks lovely and is so easy to maintain - as you don’t need to do anything!
We’ve had this for a while now and it’s still in great condition.
Overall we are very happy with the purchase as it has made our home look more modern and more homely.

The grass delivered was below standard I expected. It was supposed to be a 20mm thickness but it was flat almost like a rubber carpet. No depth.

Réponse de The Artificial Grass Company Nationwide
Hi John thanks for the feedback, the artificial grass you purchased as stated on the page was 18mm pile & 20mm with the backing and it was from our budget range, once opened all ranges should be left to settle for 48 hours and then brushed back with a hard bristle brush, thank you.
Artificial Grass Company
Ordered my Artificial grass from Artificial Grass Company (Willenhall) they were very helpful, cut and delivered the same day, delivery driver was polite and putting into garden was no trouble. Great Service.

Great value & service
Had to do some follow-up on the shipping of the order and get a refund for the pins which didn't arrive (the roll wasn't sealed, so they must have been lost in transit), but dealing with the company was easy and straight-forward. Would definitely order from them again.
