Only after giving the personal information (email address) did it report that it cannot find details of the vehicle.
UPDATE:
Having left this review they are now asking for "reference number" (from where am I meant to find that?), full name, and phone number. NO my whole point is that you have already taken my email address in exchange for a valuation you did not provide. I see no reason to provide these.

Very poor experience
Very poor experience - Quoted 1500 GBP for a car only if I could provide recorded evidence it was running as I clearly told them it was not starting without jumper cables . I paid a mechanic to made a video evidence after the car was jump-started. On the collection day , they came up with a flimpsy excuse that it could not be jumpstarted and managed to convince me it was not worth 500 as it was not a runner - when the reality is I had video evidence (which was provided to them) that it was running after the mechanic jump started it. Given I was stuck and had already ordered my replacement car - I had no option but give in to their 'offer' . BEST SUGGESTION - : PLEASE AVOID THEM
PS : I read their response - they are being economical with the the truth ! Why would I pay an mechanic to come and jump-start it AND send them a video unless they asked for it.

The agreed valuation of £1,500 was clearly based on the vehicle being a runner and able to start on its own without jump leads. When our team arrived, the car failed to start, meaning it did not meet the agreed conditions.

Great company
Had a quote for my Vauxhall Corsa, they hd given me a good quote bearing in mind my car had a bit of damage, 7 owners and 1 set of keys with 1 record of a service history. Told them I’ll be looking else where and found a slightly higher quote. They tried to match the price but met me halfway and had said that his price is guaranteed so they’ll pay me then the driver takes the car off. The driver came today and did a physical appraisal to se did anything changed and relayed this across to the company and lo and behold, the price stayed the same and they called me to process the payment and after they instructed the driver to take the car away. All in all a smooth service and great customer service as well! Highly recommend!

simple and easy to use
We were referred to the Car buying group and found the process simple and easy to navigate. Send a few pics of the car, get a valuation and good to go
On Thursday, Megan Sykes dealt with our car query and was fab and a great at answering all my questions.
By Monday, Paul was picking up the car and was pleasant and helpful throughout despite the rain!
There were a few niggles where it appears one system doesn't talk to the other quickly enough and it was a bit odd that my email confirming if I'd like to "take the deal" didn't actually have the agreed sum in it, but in the end it all worked out.
Thanks again to Megan and Paul for all your help and getting our old car off our hands so quickly!

Avoid avoid avoid! Waste of time!! Received a valuation from the team and told them all issues regarding car upfront. On day of collection after inspection they will con you to get the car at a much lower price. I wasted my time and stopped advertising/viewings to them however on the day the office rang saying they will be offering much lower. I had previously told them regarding the issues and any history. These guys are just a complete waste of time. Sell your car elsewhere to avoid wasting your time.

These issues were notified to your sales representative, so there is no point of trying that. You guys are a complete waste of time and would not recommend you to anybody…

We initially valued your vehicle back in August, when it was overheating. When you contacted us again in October for a new valuation, we specifically asked if the issue had been resolved. You confirmed that the vehicle was no longer overheating, explaining that your friend had fixed it, stating it was only a sensor issue and they had fitted the correct part.
Despite receiving no proof of repair, we proceeded in good faith and booked you in for collection, valuing the vehicle as having no faults.
However, upon arrival, our inspection revealed multiple fault codes using our OBD reader — including issues with the electric coolant pump and thermostat. These are significant mechanical problems and directly contradict the condition described to us.
The vehicle was not valued with these issues, so the offer was adjusted accordingly to reflect its true condition.
