They gave me a quote after I sent them documents and photos, when they came to get the car the lady was professional and lovely to deal with. Took some photos and checked oil level and coolant. Funds were paid in full no hassle at all. Absolutely brilliant

Super painful process. Asked for certain items, provided them, then wanted more including photos and videos . Seven phone calls later after request and request and provided them everything they asked for, finally decided that we should rebook the appointment. Must have spoken to at least 6 different staff members who all give different opinions on what you need to do to sell the car. In the end 2 guys turned up, to tell you have to check it mechanically before we go ahead or have to accept £3000 less then what was agreed

I agree yesterday’s experience was difficult for all parties. We did request some additional information that we wouldn’t normally ask from most customers. This was because you were looking to sell the car so soon after purchasing it only a few months ago, which is why we asked for supporting documents showing where it was originally bought.
Given the high mileage of 99,000 (soon to be 100,000) on a vehicle under five years old, and with only two confirmed services, we also wanted to be sure those services had been carried out by a reputable garage.
We arranged and paid for a driver to collect the car at the agreed price, but upon inspection the vehicle showed 8 fault codes. When the engine was started, it also produced a loud metallic rattle. At that point, instead of reducing our offer, we suggested you consider repairing the car first, as doing so may help you achieve a higher sale price in the future.

I delt with Rich and he couldn’t have done more for me. He was in constant contact and did what he could for me. Unfortunately this time the company’s valuation was lower than what a sold my car for (hence why it’s 4 stars not 5stars haha) but I’d definitely use them in the future for any future car sales.
