Prompt delivery but large denomination notes.
Prompt delivery and ordered from this company as had good previous experience. However quite disappointed on this occasion having ordered €700 and specifically requested SMALL denomination notes in my order. €550 of my notes consisted of 2 x €100 and 7 x€50 notes which I specifically did NOT want.. Dispatcher of my order could have tried harder..

Straighforward, reliable.
Easy, straightforward way to exchange our unused currency. Good rates, although you of course have the added expense of paying for Royal Mail Special delivery to send your cash. However, the rates and service make it worth it for larger amounts.

Great service for our travel money
We have used the Currency club several times. The service is great, you choose a delivery date and the delivery is tracked arriving before 1pm with Royal Mail. We have been very happy using them for ordering our travel money and the exchange rate is very competitive. There was no delivery charge or hidden fees.

Always excellent service
This is the second time I've used Currency Club. Initially I was suspicious as I had only ever gone locally to get currency. Both times the rates were good, next day delivery to my door was perfect. I asked for mixed denominations which I received. Very happy!

Ordered currency for specific delivery…
Ordered currency for specific delivery date. Company confirmed delivery date in the order. Failed to deliver leaving me without currency for the trip and money taken from my bank. Totally unhelpful when contacted on phone and would not refund and cancel order, blaming Royal Mail. Only ordered from them as the delivery date was crucial. Will revert to previous provider in future.

If I could give less than 1 star I would!
Ordered £2000 worth of currency well in advance of my holiday, money never arrived, emails ignored, phone calls filtered through non English speaking call centres. Having worked in the jewellery business I am shocked that businesses are using Royal Mail to send large amounts of monies. This should be done via FEDEX or DPD with a guaranteed tracked service. The slightly better exchange rates are not worth the risk of loosing your money with no chance of a refund for at least 5 weeks and no clear communication!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOUR HOLIDAY COULD BE RUINED
I have used them twice, first time no issues however I ordered £2000 worth of US dollars the second time and they were sent with Royal Mail special delivery and have not turned up, we are now over 2 weeks after my order and currency club have not done anything to fix this and are telling me I now need to wait a further 25 working days for royalmail to conclude the loss claim. I go away on the 5th of June and I am now going to be £2000 out of pocket for my holiday for something that is not my fault. They have began to now ignore my emails where I have asked them how they believe this is acceptable and they also told me last Friday the loss claim would go in then on Tuesday said again if they hadn’t heard back it would go in so they clearly haven’t submitted it. I still have no idea if this claim has gone in and what is going on with my money.
If you use these and your money does not arrive you may have no spending money for your holiday. Order at your own risk
